Der allgemeine Service ist im Mittelpunkt, der Pool ist schön, das Hauszimmer ist groß genug! Die Rezeption ist langsam, das Hotelrestaurant hat nicht viele Wahlen, aber es gibt viele Restaurants draußen, das Frühstück ist noch reichhaltig , aber diese Ebene Hotels auf der Insel sind weniger ausgewählt.

Das Hotel ist etwas weit entfernt, es gibt kein Restaurant oder Attraktion in der Nähe Jedes Mal, wenn ich die Tür aussteige, muss ich in andere Richtungen gehen. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt viele Wahlen. Das Mittagessen ist etwas langsam. Der Ladekopf des Zimmers ist lange gelassen. Ich will nicht, dass du dich verarschst. Das kann man, aber es ist nicht fünf Sternen.

Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen sind gut. Aber der Tourismusberatungsdienst des Hotels ist unzureichend: 4 Tage lang bleiben, das Wetter ist schlecht, der Regen ist groß, das Hotel ist aus dem Boot gestoppt, das Hotel bietet seinen eigenen Service, fragt Sie, ob es in der Nähe ein Hotel oder anderes gibt, überhaupt nicht / nicht. 4 Tage können im Schmuckgeschäft bleiben. In der Tat, am letzten Tag in der Nähe des Hotels ist es 10 Minuten, um viele Schmuckhallen und Reisen zu verbringen, Pferdefahrt, Autotour, Jettour .... sehr heiß

So, the positives, location, right in the centre of everything. The staff are helpful and friendly. Shout out to Sophia and Ian, but also our lovely waitress and pool bar staff. Great bed and shower. The air conditioning is the best, and in the middle of a heatwave, that’s important. Breakfast is local, fresh and plentiful. All you need. Some might say the hotel is a bit dated. I prefer vintage. We had the Comfort Room, with the cutest balcony and local neighbour who we met up with every evening and said “hello! How are you?” On our perspective balconies. That was the extent of her English and our Greek. The wi-fi in the room was a bit iffy but great everywhere else in the hotel. We found two amazing local eateries and ate there all the time! We went to a recommended taverna in town but our waiter was much more interested in the larger parties in the restaurant (Sathmos)and not two old foggies with a smaller appetite and didn’t want a starter or pudding we voted with our feet and didn’t go back. Their loss. Best to stick to the small places off the beaten track. The best food, prices and service (Dell Arte pizza restaurant just off the main square) We did the all day trip to Keffolonia. Long day but Keffolomia is beautiful. The ferry ride there and back is too long. We also did the wine tour with the aforementioned Ian. Great fun. The negatives? There is a bit of a ‘sewage smell’ in the bathroom. Sounds bad but you get use to it! The lovely Sophia allowed us to have a sneaky peel at the upgraded room because we would love to come back and the upgrade room is a bit bigger. We loved it! .

We stayed here for 10 nights end of July/beginning of August and highly rated this lovely hotel. Ian the concierge made sure our break started really well, picking us up from the airport and giving us lots of information. He made it clear that we could WhatsApp him about anything, which we did. The room was a jacuzzi room, which we really enjoyed after a day in the sun with the temperature turned down. The partially open bathroom with 2 sinks was great and the bed and air con great. The swimming pool was heated which we haven’t had in Greece before. This was lovely because we made much more use of it as a result. We found the sun bed situation perfect, never struggled, lots of good parasols too, one per couple. We had the occasional frappe coffee by the pool which was fab. The breakfast and evening meal was of good quality and variety and drinks very reasonable. We really enjoyed the lunches at the pool bar and the staff were great in both restaurants. We would have preferred the option of B & B because we like to eat at several restaurants, which because of the great position on the old “*****” was really easy. We ate at the Uranus restaurant one evening and that was well worth the extra, great food, service, sunsets etc. 20% off as we were residents made it very accessible. We asked Ian about a sunset boat trip which friends of ours had recommended. The companies Ian uses didn’t offer one, but he said to leave it with him. He then sourced one for us and it was incredible, Ian is worth his weight in gold and it was lovely that he took us back to the airport too. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was immaculate we loved it. Kalamaki has something for everyone, we preferred the old ***** where the hotel is situated. We ate at The Cotton Club which was well worth a visit, The Cave bar for a drink or two and La Luna bar was our favourite for fabulous cocktails.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, fast voll. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist sehr gut, ein typisches Resorthotel. Am Abend gibt es Bandauftritte. Es gibt mehr europäische und amerikanische Gäste im Hotel, und es scheint, dass wir in den zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts zwei asiatische Gesichter haben. Wir haben die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gewählt, und ich finde, dass die Hardwarebedingungen ziemlich gut sind, mit Wasserkocher und Meerblick. Das Hotel ist weit von der Stadt und 16 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Ein Auto muss gemietet werden (ein Taxi kann mehr kosten als eine Autovermietung)! Dies kann auch der Grund sein. Das Hotel beinhaltet Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir haben einen Preis von RMB 860 pro Nacht festgelegt. Chinesische Mahlzeiten werden ebenfalls angeboten (separat verrechnet). Abseits der Stadt ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, die Landschaft ist gut und nachts sind viele Sterne zu sehen. Wenn es sich um einen Mietwagenurlaub handelt, ist es sehr zu empfehlen!

Ausgezeichneter Badeort in einem Meerespark, in dem Caretta-Caretta-Schildkröten ihre Eier legen. Es verfügt über große Grünflächen und bietet All-inclusive-Mahlzeiten und -Services. Geeignet für Paare, Familien, Freunde. Drei Restaurants, Schwimmbad und Tennisplatz. Einziges Problem: Aufgrund des Covid-Protokolls (ich gehe vom Hotel aus) werden Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel jeden zweiten Tag durchgeführt, aber wir haben die Rezeption gebeten, unser Zimmer jeden Tag mit einem kompletten Handtuchwechsel aufzuräumen und sie haben uns zufrieden gestellt. Wir verbrachten 13 Nächte in einem Superior-Bungalow mit Meerblick, sehr groß, mit einem separaten Zimmer für unseren Sohn und einer ausgestatteten Terrasse. Strandtücher werden gestellt und Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm am Pool und auf der Liegewiese am Strand sind kostenlos. Verbringen Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, in Kontakt mit der Natur.

🇨🇭🇩🇪🇦🇹 - Sehr schlechtes Hotel! Obwohl das Hotel grundsätzlich in einem mehr oder weniger gutem Zustand ist gibt es einige Punkte zu bemängeln. Es handelt es sich um ein 4*-Hotel... 1. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 2. Erwachsene und 1. Kind gebucht. Erhalten haben wir ein Doppelzimmer mit einem zusätzlichem Bett. Es war eng. Auf die Bitte hin uns ein grösseres Zimmer zu geben, sagte man, dass wir ein Familenzimmer hätte aber man ein grössers hätte in dem Teil wo alle englischen Jugendlichen Party machen. Dies obwohl unser Nachbarzimmer augenscheinlich ein Familenzimmer die ganze Zeit während unseren Ferien frei war. Gem. Homepage vom Hotel wäre ein Familienzimmer fast doppelt so gross. Warum wohl wurde uns ein grösseres Zimmer in dem Hotelteil angeboten in welchem die englischen Sauftouristen waren? Weil Familien nicht willkommen sind. 2. Unser Zimmer wurde so gut wie nie gereinigt. WC-Papier musste an der Rezeption erbettelt werden. 3. Klimaanlage funktionierte die halbe Zeit nicht im Zimmer. Hilfe gab es keine. 4. Safe im Zimmer kostet 15€/Woche. Gibt einem ja ein sicheres Gefühl. 5. Unfreundliches Personal. Kann kaum Englisch. 6. Essen ungeniessbar. Es gab jeden Tag das selbe immer nur auf die englischen Touristen ausgerichtet. Katastrophe! Kein griechisches Gericht verfügbar. Wir assen täglich auswärts. 7. Bereich um Pool und Bar wird nie aufgeräumt. Es liegen überall Becher, Bierdosen, Flaschen, Essensreste, Abfall etc. herum. 8. Am Pool ist es bis weit in die Nacht hinein laut. Wir wurden gemassregelet als wir dem Kind ein Hörspiel vorspielten, die englischen Gäste könnten sich gestört fühlen. Aber die Engländer konnten in aller Lautstärke Musik hören. 9. Die allgemeine Toilettenanlage wird nie gereinigt. Ein Hotel in welchem Familenit Kinder willkommen sind, sieht anders aus. Ein Hotel mitten in der Partymeile ist alles andere als Familenfreundlich. Keine Unterhaltung für die Kinder nichts. Wer 24/7 Party machen will ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten. 🇬🇧🇺🇸 - Very bad hotel! Although the hotel is basically in a more or less good condition, there are a few points to complain about. It is a 4* hotel... 1. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 1 child. We received a double room with an extra bed. It was tight. When asked to give us a bigger room they said we had a family room but they had a bigger one in the part where all the English youngsters party. This although our room next door was apparently a family room the whole time during our vacation. According to the hotel's website, a family room would be almost twice as large. Why were we offered a larger room in the part of the hotel where the English drunk tourists were? Because families are not welcome. 2. Our room was hardly ever cleaned. Toilet paper had to be begged at reception. 3. Air conditioning didn't work in the room half the time. There was no help. 4. Safe in the room costs 15€/week. Gives y
