Das Hotel befindet sich am Stadtplatz von Zakynthos. Auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Stadtplatz sind die Hotelanlagen relativ alt. Am nächsten Morgen nach dem Einchecken war das Wasser wegen einer Panne abgestellt, und der Service war gut .

Wir waren für eine Woche im Diana Hotel untergebracht. Check-In war super easy. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und beengt aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist eher so lala, wenig Auswahl und nicht qualitativ hochwertig, aber man findet in der Fußgängerzone sehr viele leckere Alternativen. Unser Highlight war der Pool mit Rooftopbar im vierten Stock. Traumhafte Aussicht und hervorragender Service. Das Einzige was man sich evtl. noch wünschen könnte, wären mehr Sitz-, bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten. Auch die Cocktails, die man abends zu sich nehmen kann, bei wahnsinnig toller Aussicht, sind sehr lecker und preislich absolut im Rahmen! Auch das Personal, Damen an der Rezeption, Barkeeper,…, waren immer sehr freundlich und hatten sofort eine Lösung oder Antwort parat. Bei Testpflicht beim Rückflug wurde mir sofort ein Termin ausgemacht. Summa Sumarum ein tolles Hotel mit bombastischer Lage, wir waren super zufrieden!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, but could really benefit from a refit not so much to the lobby or restaurant as that has a nice retro feel . Our room was a comfort twin with balcony, room 214 to be precise,I can't say it didn't have everything you would expect just that what was there was tired with very little natural light unless you opened the door to balcony and let in the very warm air (currently 35c) also the shower/bath was very awkward to get in/out of .All the staff are lovely and very welcoming .

The location is excellent, just yards away from St Marks Square with access to lots of restaurants and bars. All the staff were so friendly and helpful but Sofia in particular went our of her way to organise a change of room for us. Breakfast had a wide range of things to eat and drink with small changes each day. Our room was tidied daily and the hotel in general was very clean and tidy. I would recommend a stay here.

Fabulous location and clean. Towels every 3 days is not acceptable. Customer service is obviously not a priority. Beds are very hard . Breakfast is very average.The pictures of the pool and bar area are taken by a great photographer 😁 The bathroom is very uncomfortable to use. Great shame as this could be a amazing place to come too.

The staff at the reception was so helpful and they were very kind to my son (4). Also the tours I booked with the hotel were very nice and they helped me quickly with all my questions (even during the evening and weekends). Cleaning of the room could be improved a bit (more consistent). Some days it was great, some days they forgot things. The location is perfect! When you walk out of the hotel you have plenty of restaurants and shops. The main shopping street is right in front of the hotel and the harbor is only a few minutes walking away. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend the hotel.

The common areas of the hotel and the room itself look really good, however the bathroom is small, outdated and it smells, it doesn’t make any sense that is hasn’t been refurbished recently. The bed is comfortable but the bed sheets are really bad, so thick and harsh! You can literally hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms and corridor and this is what I thought it was the worse about this hotel! I thought the breakfast was poor and not varied, but after staying in other hotels of the same sort in Greece, it seems to be the “normal”. But I noticed there are no lactose free options available. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Me and my partner were quite disappointed overall. The room we got it was small and the cleaning wasnt great. There were cockroaches walking around we had to kill them most of the days. The odd thing is that we left them in the floor so the staff could see it during cleaning everyday and they have never got rid of them. The walls seem to be thin since we could hear other guests 2-3 rooms away. Could hear everyone conversations on adjacent walls. The bathroom is old and stinks. Whether is from the drainage I don't know but the smell was bad and you feel it in the room as well. Bed blanks were quite hard which feels weird. One of the worst aspect was the staff in the morning that were so noisy that we couldn't even sleep after 7:30ish. Seems like they want everyone to stand up so they can get their job done. There were no door hotel signs on any room at all which is bad. Sometimes we were getting ready or just resting and the staff were coming in - it's disrespectful! Breakfast was ok and staff in the reception were lovely. But surely this cannot be considered a 4 stars hotel in my opinion comparing to others.

Lovely hotel with friendly, polite and highly professional staff. The room was extremely comfortable-excellent shower, comfortable beds, kettle, fridge, small veranda and air conditioning. There was a small additional charge for the room safe. Breakfast was excellent- a wide choice of food. The roof top swimming pool looked beautiful but was a little small. The hotel is located at the end of the Main Street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Despite the busy location, the hotel was not affected by any loud noise. The local bus station provided cheap and reliable transport to Leganas and Tsilivi. Local companies provide trips to shipwreck beach, the blue caves and turtle island. Seeing a large turtle in its natural habitat was a wonderful experience.
