First impressions - beautiful, clean apartment in a great area of Tsilivi. Set in lovely surroundings and close to the beach and main street. I was a solo traveller and felt completely safe and secure whilst out and about and in the apartment itself. There is a security fob on the key which allows access to apartments if you arrive late in the night. Great view from the veranda - stunning! The apartment had everything I needed and was spacious and clean. Air con was an added bonus and it was much needed. Overall great value for money. The hosts were so nice and friendly. They were helpful with anything I needed and I appreciated having a point of contact for advice as a lone traveller. I will definitely return to Domus Alta at a later date but stay for longer next time! Thank you, Angela for everything! It meant a lot to me.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. It’s like a little oasis! Our (very spacious) room was tucked away above the spa, where it was very quiet. They kindly gave us a free room upgrade, so we had a huge in-room hot tub which was a nice surprise! And the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers/beanbags and lots of greenery. And the QR codes make it easy to order drinks or snacks straight to your sun lounger. The spa was also great, and you can book the pool/sauna for just the two of you, which is a nice touch. We booked half-board and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and you can also order a dish from the menu at no extra cost. I was very impressed by the evening buffet. I find that buffet dinners can be hit-and-miss, but everything was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. There was also live music by the bar on a couple of nights, which added a really nice atmosphere. Special shout-out to the evening bartender who made the most fantastic cocktails! We also ate at the Nobile rooftop restaurant one evening. We had the seven-course tasting menu which was very nice, but there was quite a lengthy gap between the courses. We were there over three hours – had we known it would be that long, I think we probably would have booked an earlier table. But it was a great experience nonetheless, and the food was wonderful. The final word goes to go to the staff, who were amazing. The reception team, the porter, the waiting staff, the spa team – everyone was so friendly, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d definitely recommend Contessina Suites for a chilled-out break; we had the best time.

Im Stadtzentrum, in der Nähe der venezianischen Burg. Der Parkplatz ist oft voll, aber es gibt einen kleinen Bruder, der Ihnen hilft, woanders anzuhalten. Der Preis ist günstig, das Zimmer ist groß, das Zimmer mit Meerblick kann den Sonnenaufgang beobachten und das Frühstück ist gut. Die Grundschule daneben ist sehr lebendig. Gegen 8 Uhr fingen die Kinder an, Ärger zu machen. Die Puppe ist sehr süß. Ich möchte ein paar Spiele halten.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer fantastischen Lage, aber es könnte wirklich von einer Refit nicht so viel zum Lobby oder Restaurant profitieren, wie es ein schönes retro Gefühl hat. Unser Zimmer war ein komfortables Zwillings mit Balkon, Zimmer 214 zu präzisieren, ich kann nicht sagen, es hatte nicht alles, was Sie erwarten würden, nur dass was da war mit sehr wenig natürliches Licht war, es sei denn, Sie öffneten die Tür zum Balkon und lassen in der sehr warmen Luft (derzeit 35c) auch die Dusche/Badewanne war sehr schlimm zu bekommen und aus zu kommen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind schön und sehr willkommen .

Enjoyed a 4 night stay is Junior suite room located on 3rd floor. The room enjoys great views of port, sea and square from a very large double balcony. Spacious and comfortable room with separate bedroom and lounge area. The suite has 2 air conditioning units, separate bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast was good and large choice offered. You can enjoy breakfast in their clique Central Cafe bar. Quick and efficient check-in/out. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is a return visit too.

This hotel is not 4*. It’s a nice location but I wish I would have known a few things beforehand and I would NOT have chosen here. 1. Not all rooms have balconies, I didn’t realise this and accidentally booked one without. It is like a cell! I assumed for price a balcony would be included but that was my mistake. 2. When I called reception to ask if I could move rooms or pay to upgrade the man was rude and actually hung up the phone on me. I have a disability so this was very stressful and I had to call back. 3. The pool only opens at 11am- I’ve never heard such a ridiculous time when it’s so hot for a pool to open. I only arrived today but so far I’m very very disappointed. Previous to this hotel we were staying 15 mins away at a 2* hotel and it was so much better and 1/3 of the cost.

Ich bin gerade von der Verbringen von 10 Tagen in diesem Hotel zurückgekehrt. Was kann ich sagen .... Zuerst ist dieses Hotel ein totaler Katzenfisch! Die Fotos, die Sie hier sehen, sind nicht legitim unser Zimmer nicht so aussehen! Zweitens warten wir 25 Minuten auf den Besitzer, um uns zu überprüfen, wir gingen in die Poolbar, um zu sehen, was zu tun ist, und sie sagten, sie würden sie anrufen, das ist nicht akzeptabel, wenn Sie wissen, dass Leute kommen! Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, Sonnenbäder zu buchen, da der Pool ganzen Tag sehr ruhig ist, aber wir hatten Leute, die sie buchen und nicht kommen etwa 3 Stunden später, es gibt einfach keine Notwendigkeit! Auch unser Zimmer war nie richtig gereinigt, wenn die Reinigungsmittel sogar in dem Bett waren und das war es, der Boden wurde nie in den 10 Tagen, die wir dort waren, geputzt/swept. Wir hatten auch Anten, die jeden Abend ins Zimmer kamen, wir mussten sie jeden Abend von unserer Tür wegschütten. Wir nahm den Aircon jedoch glaube ich nicht, dass es einen festen Preis gibt, wir fragten, wie viel es für 10 Nächte wäre und wurde 120€ gesagt und das war auch eine Safebox (wir wollten nicht das) so fragten, es abzunehmen, dann wurde uns gesagt, es wäre 90€, Wir sagten den Besitzern, wir würden es morgens sortieren, weil wir kein Geld haben und würden es morgens zu einer Cash-Maschine gehen müssen, dann haben sie es auf 60€ gesenkt, so offensichtlich haben wir hier springen. Ich fühle mich, sie machen Preise und einfach zahlen, was sie wollen. Das einzige, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass die Bar-Personal absolut wunderschön waren.
