Die Lage und Ausstattung des Hotels sind großartig !! Es war zu nahe am Platz und die Einrichtungen waren zu gut für den Preis. Und du bist so nett. Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Buchungsdatum ausgewählt, aber sobald ich es gesendet habe, habe ich es geändert und es war das Beste.

Stayed at Hotel International with a Costsaver/Trafalgar group tour on June 18, 19, 26. A very good location as it is situated in a quiet area but if you walk 20 minutes you are in the center of the action of Zagreb with parks, restaurants and shops. Just around the corner from the hotel is the Milnar Bakery. You can find all kinds of delicious baked goods to take on the go and very reasonable. Tried the tasty Mexican Chicken Roll 11 Kuna and the Burek with Apple 10 Kuna. They open at 5:30am and closed on Sunday. At the Hotel International their breakfast buffet is very good. They open at 6:30 am which can give you an early start to your day. A very good choice of breakfast dishes-scrambled eggs which were so tasty AND NOT WATERY, bacon, zuccini, assortment of cheeses and cold cut meats and so many other choices, delicious assortment of breads and rolls. Those rolls with the seeds, out of this world delicious. Wish I new what those rolls with the pumpkin seeds are called as would love to buy them back home in Canada. They also had fresh fruits and a nice display of fruit cocktail. They have a dispenser that you can get juices and cold water. The fruit juice was very refreshing. The room was on the small side but it served its purpose. The room and bathroom very clean. I liked the idea that the bathroom had a packaged soap provided as I found out in other hotels that the soap dispensers are so hard to squeeze out the liquid soap. It was great that the room had a fridge and there was a complimentary 1 liter bottle of cold water in the fridge.

The only thing good about this small hotel is the location and the hot shower. Everything else was not as expected from such high review ratings! I came a with a friend, we booked separate rooms at the same time and price. When we got to the hotel we each were given very different rooms. I got to the hotel first and asked for a room on a high floor with a view. Lady at check in said it wasn't possible as the hotel was full. A few minutes later my friend arrived and got a lovely room on the top floor with windows and lots of sunlight. Meanwhile I am in a dark room on a lower floor with no light or view and a balcony that is a joke. There was only one bath towel and a hand towel on the first day, the next day the same but one face cloth added, third day two complete sets of towels but no face cloth. I didn't need or want to have the towels changed every day! There was a useless kitchenette in the corner. No microwave and no dish towels or paper towels. There was a bottle of Coke and water in the mini fridge but it was not clear if it was supposed to be there. The mini fridge in my friend's room had a few more beverages in it and a price list, but there was no price list in my room. The temperature and fan control in my room never worked and the instructions given in the room notes were not clear. You also needed to read the instructions to get the TV channels, it wasn't just click on and watch. There was a robe in my room but no tissues or note pad and pen. The staff was not very knowledgeable about tram and bus - yet there was a tram stop just behind the hotel. I am not sure how this hotel was rated so highly but it doesn't deserve it.

Dieses Hotel ist sicherlich das beste Hotel in Zagreb, wenn nur ein wenig von der Stationszone entfernt. Ich habe nicht gefühlt, super entspannen zu Fuß vom Central Station zum Hotel am Abend, da die Straße schlecht beleuchtet ist und es gibt die übliche einzigartige Art von Menschen, die in der Regel rund um die Central Stationen der Welt rutschen. Das Hotel selbst hat wirklich eine von meinen Lieblingslobby-Einstellungen .... Arta combi von Bar/Bibliothek und die einzigartigste Elevatortür, die zwischen den Buchhüllen versteckt ist. Wenn Sie sich nicht um die Straße in der Nacht kümmern, wenn Sie nicht allein gehen, sondern mit Freunden, dann ist das wirklich ein schönes Hotel.

Das war das Hotel, bei dem die Konferenz stattfand. Ich blieb hier zwei Nächte und es war ein sehr schönes, gut verteiltes Neues Hotel. Mein Schlafzimmer war groß und gut funkelt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gemütlich und mein Schlafzimmer war komfortable, groß und gut funkelt. Leider gab es keine Bademantel oder Slips, keine Dusche oder Gesichtskleid. Glücklicherweise hatte ich meine eigenen Slips, Dusche und Gesichtskleidung gepackt, so dass es kein Problem war. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich und das Hotel war in einer guten Lage in Fußabstand vom Busbahnhof. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

Die Ausstattung exzellent mit großzügigen Zimmern. Klasse Personal mit besten Tips für den Besuch der Alt- und Oberstadt Zagrebs. Gutes Frühstück und freies Parken in der Tiefgarage. Hier sind Sie einfach gut umsorgt und perfekt aufgehoben in einer der schönsten Hauptstädte Europas. Danke dafür!

Wir waren ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher, was man erwarten könnte, wenn man den relativ niedrigen Preis des Hotels betrachtet. Wir verließen das Auto im kostenlosen Parkplatz, schnell geprüft und gingen ins gewaltige Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer die Größe meines Kinderbettzimmers! Das Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum der Stadt, aber die Zugbahn ist direkt draußen so dass es einfach zu dem Zentrum zu kommen. Aber wir waren wirklich nur dort zu schlafen während einer Haltestelle auf einer langen Fahrt. Zu diesem Zweck war das Hotel perfekt. Die Betten waren so komfortabel, ich schlief besser als ich zu Hause (nach meiner Smart Watch). Die Dusche hatte einen großen Druck und obwohl wir es nicht verwendeten, hatte das Zimmer einen Jet-Tube. Ich bemerkte ein paar Bewertungen mit Beschwerden über das Frühstück. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie im gleichen Hotel waren. Das war ein super-aufskalates Frühstück, das so gut war, es schockierte uns. Die heißen und kalten Optionen waren ausgezeichnet. Die Variante war wirklich beeindruckend. Alles war frisch und lecker. Wir waren eigentlich traurig, zu verlassen, aber wir mussten auf der Straße. Wir werden hier absolut wieder bleiben, wenn wir in Zagreb sind.

It's hard to write an honest review of this hotel because there's not really any fault with it in itself... BUT... it is VERY remote right at the top of a mountain about 10 miles outside of the city and it takes at least an hour to get back and forth along a very narrow winding road so, if like us, you were thinking of staying here and popping back and forth, think again. The hotel is really a ski hotel and geared mainly to accommodate the small ski resort nearby therfore the season it caters for is winter. This wasn't clear at the time of booking so when we arrived at the end of the summer (September) the pool was closed for cleaning, there was no drinking water due to seasonal maintenence and other services closed or limited etc. Having booked to stay the week we cancelled our booking and only stayed the one night. Bottom line is it's a nice, clean hotel and the staff were all very friendly but it wasn't what we we're led to believe at the time of booking, hence writing this review in the hope that it stops other travellers being misled.
