Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Mir gefiel die Lage sehr gut, es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, man kann vom Busbahnhof dorthin laufen und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung befindet sich die Kathedrale, die man in der Ferne von der Petrinjska-Straße aus sehen kann, in der sich das Hotel befindet. Die Einrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber angenehm. Der Service war sehr gut und schnell. Es gibt Schließfächer für großes Gepäck. Sie bieten oder verkaufen kein Frühstück, verleihen aber Geschirr (Tassen, Teller, Besteck). In der kleinen Küche können Sie den Kühlschrank und den Wasserkocher nutzen. Es wurden keine Handtücher oder Decken ins Zimmer gelegt, diese können aber an der Rezeption angefordert werden.

Die Lage und das Personal scheinen freundlich zu sein. Aber an dem Tag, an dem ich dort war, gab es keinen Strom und ich musste die ganze Zeit bis Mitternacht auf die mobile Kraft zurückgreifen.

It is an efficient hostel with no warmth or soul. Clinical, removed and with minimal everything. I would not stay here again.

The location is very convenient but the toilet is not so clean. And it is a bit crowded.

Good for the price and a great location. Walls are a bit thin though if noisy neighbours.

No AC, no TV, dirty, noisy.... I wouldn't stay again, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 👎👎

This is a very, very bad hotel. It is not recommended at all. Make the trip to Croatia unpleasant.

整體環境還是很好的，住的舍友都很安靜。洗浴和安全都不錯

The lady with blonde hair in the receptionist this morning sunday nov 26, 2023 had bad attitude!!!! Pity to others who will encounter her rudeness to their guest.. Maybe management should hire more polite person especially for FOH. All is fine place, rooms etc.

No breakfast provided, other Hi Hostels provide a breakfast. Cups and plates should be provided beside the microwave and electric jug provided. No Kitchen for those wishing to cook and no cups and plates provided. One key per dorm does not work, people leave the room either unlocked or door wide open. Electricity cord on corridor floor upstairs a health and safety hazard. Dirty bedroom floors. Needs more hanging facilities or shelves in showers / bathrooms. A good location. This hi hostel does not measure up to other hi hostels in Europe I have visited.

Liked · The location - center, 5 mins walking from the train station, everything else is also very near. Free lockers with the deposit. The beds very comfortable. The rooms have fans so people should not be complaining about rooms being too hot. There are vending machines in the hostel - it might be life saving in thee middle of the night - but they accept cash only. Disliked · Apart from the girl working in the morning no one smiles, they do their job, but still, when they looked at me I felt guilty of being there. Urinals in men toilet don't work, on any of the floors. there is a note saying that it's temporary but the note is so old that the color faded away - only one shower for the entire floor, can be problem. When it comes to Zagreb the price is great for the value, but comparing to other countries, it is very expensive, but accommodation in Croatia in general is of high price if you compare the ratio to food for instance.

The hostel is very basic, limited amenities and the showers were a bit dirty. Water wouldn’t drain down the plug hole so would fill up quite quickly. Beds were comfortable but the sheets weren’t all fully clean, my friend’s were stained. Lockers for bags during the day and overnight which is very good

Really good place to stay for few days, and really low price since it is in center of Zagreb. The main square, railway station and the bus station are really close. It has one bathroom for whole flor, man and woman separated. The rooms are clean with bunk beds, has wifi and all in all good place for location and price.

ÉVITER, JUYEZ. Le monsieur de l’accueil m’a volé 40€ et je pense que tout le monde est dans la combine. Explication : J’arrive le matin avec mes affaires à l’auberge, je vais à l’accueil je lui demande s’il y a un local à bagages. Il me dit oui mais la caution c’est 45€ moi choqué je lui repose la question et me dis oui oui c’est 45€. Je rentre de mon après-midi et je reviens à l’accueil. Celui qui m’a volé n’était plus là ( heureusement pour lui). Il y avait deux personnes, je lui tant les clés et ne me rend que 5€. Je lui ai dit : j’ai donné un billet de 50€ et il m’a rendu un billet de 5€ en me disant que la caution était de 45€ pour les clés du casier ( local bagage). Il l’appelle et le VOLEUR DIT que j’ai donné 10€. Ils regardent les vidéos de surveillance, ils voyaient bien que j’ai donné 50€ et qu’il ne m’a rendu QUE 5€. Me disent qu’ils ne trouvent pas l’argent et qu’ils n’ont pas d’argent. (Je ne comprends pas que dans une auberge on n’a pas de monnaie). Un peu plus tard, je leurs dis que je vais voir la police, ils me disent maintenant que sur la vidéo de surveillance on ne voit pas le billet alors qu’au début il m’avait dit : oui on le voit que vous avez demandé 50€. Auberge à éviter vraiment. À la fin j’ai payé ma nuit même pas de dédommagement pour les causes d’un employé (ou l’équipes) incompétent, menteur et voleur. Même pas d’excuses ce qui m’a prouvé que tout le monde était dans la combine, une petite excuse ne fait de mal à personne quand on est en tord surtout soi disent être l’auberge la plus ancienne de Zagreb. 60€ la nuit (la nuit + le vol d’un employé qui est sous leurs responsabilités) et moi qui croyais faire des économies c’est raté. Quand tu es jeune, se faire voler 40€ ça fait très mal. Je peux vous dire, je sais aller dans des auberges et ils m’ont jamais demandé une caution pour des clés de casier. Si vous avez un employé responsable qui fait son travail c’est 5€ de caution. Mais bon faut avoir de la chance où être entouré ( moi, j’étais toute seule). De plus dans ma chambre il n’y a pas de prise à côté du lit, vraiment point négative quand tu es dans un dortoir. Monsieur (ou l’équipes) qui m’a volé j’espère du plus profond de mon âme que vous allez mal dormir.
