Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in a roof top restaurant - a good way to start the day. Location is in a quiet side street; taxi drivers sometimes struggle to find the hotel. A cafe is in the opposite building for a quick coffee before you start the day.

Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

Clean rooms. Polite staff. Quiet location. I highly recommend it to those who come for a short stay on a business trip.

Ich habe in diesem Hotel den Alptraum erlebt, um 3:18 Uhr war plötzlich eine fremde Person in meinem Zimmer. Ich wurde wach, als plötzlich das Licht in meinem Zimmer an war. Natürlich war ich in diesem Moment alles andere als bei mir. Als ich halbwegs zu mir kam, wurde das Licht auch wieder ausgeschaltet und die fremde Person verschwand aus meinem Zimmer. Allerdings wurde dabei die Tür nur angelehnt und nicht komplett in das Schloss fallen lassen. Es fehlte zum Glück nichts, zumal mein Portemonnaie und mein Pass einfach zu greifen offen auf einem Tisch lagen. Die Nacht war natürlich für mich vorbei – ich habe kein Auge mehr zugemacht und war am Morgen entsprechend gerädert. Nach etwas Hin- und Her am kommenden Morgen an der Rezeption 2.000 SOM zurückerstattet. Eine faire Geste, aber dennoch wird mich das Hotel nie, nie wieder sehen. Liebes Management – Ihr habt hier nun die Gelegenheit Euch dazu zu äußern, wie es zu diesem Vorfall kommen konnte. Die Frage wolltet Ihr mir ja per Email noch beantworten (leider bisher keine Antwort erhalten). Zusammenfassend – ein wirklicher Alptraum!

Great hotel, great experience! We stayed three nights in Ambassador hotel, Bishkek. It was really a pleasant stay; everything was perfect. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is of good quality and decent variety. Hotel staff are friendly. Those in front desk are excellent; they speak good English and are super helpful. We had our return flight late in the evening and needed to stay longer. Zhumilia- one of the front desk staff - was kind to allow us to do late check-out without extra charge! I would definitely prefer staying in Ambassador when i visit Bishkek next. Siddiquee, Astana

We had a gorgeous stay right in the center of Bishkek. The suite 601 was well equipped, breakfast was very good and we were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness. In the restaurant we had a wide choice of national and international food. Both housekeeping and room-service were very good. Whenever we needed it we got professional help with a friendly smile from reception, our special thanks go to Aigerim and Nuriegin. We will be back some time! Gudrun and Rolf from Germany

Good hotel, good position, good service and roof-placed bar with city view. Also good team in hotel, especially bellboy Arslan - always helps and always usefull. Airport transfer is very fast and comfortable.

Great location. Solid amenities. Extremely comfortable. The rooms with balcony are very nice. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room service is very fast. The rooftop restaurant is a nice addition. I had an issue with my car pick up from the airport as the car never showed up. But I give the benefit of doubt to the staff.
