This is a basic IBIS hotel, one would expected! However, conventionally located in the center of the city. Rooms are small but ok, bath very basic. My room was facing a gas station. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices, I liked the breads and the cakes! Coffee machine takes forever and one have to queue! Therefore, I found it rather surprising that the hotel staff get their coffee during the breakfast hours too and don’t care that this means even longer waiting time for the guests. We had there our lunch, typical Polish dishes once. The food was very yummy! One need to book the lunch in advance! My room was very dusty and bath dirty and floor covered in hair.! I mentioned this at the desk and got a very saucy response that “sometimes the hair do not stick to the mop” - that left me speechless! Another day,I asked a senior staff if my room could be vacuumed (I addressed her in English as most of the staff speaks English well, and my Polish is rather poor]. She snapped at me that I have to speak Polish with her! I got literally scolded for not speaking Polish! That person remained every hostile during my whole stay! I wasn’t even greeted! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior! Many of the staff members are very friendly (e.g. the young man or the young lady at the desk) but many are super unfriendly and simple give a sh... whether the guests feel welcomed e.g. This is something for the management to look into.

Ich war paar Tage auf Besuch bei meiner Familie, Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, also passt es perfekt. Frühstück war jeden Tag sehr lecker und gut vorbereitet. Zimmer war sauber ruhig. Kann nicht meckern.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, auch für einen Late-Check-In ist die Rezeption offen. Das Zimmer sollte nach Reinigung einen letzten Check-Up erhalten, damit im Zimmer durch die Reinigungskraft nichts vergessen wird. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und hat viele gesunde Komponenten. Der Restaurantbereich mit Personal sollte noch einmal geschult werden, nur anwesend zu sein reicht nicht. Ganz besonders wenn der Gast an der Dienstleistung etwas zu bemängeln hat.

O hotel tem um bom serviço de recepção, no entanto o inglês não é suficiente para nos ajudar a conhecer a cidade e por exemplo a encontrar um restaurante perto. Os quartos são muito bons mas em termos de silêncio deixam muito a desejar para um hotel de 4 estrelas, passei uma noite sem dormir porque no piso onde fiquei estavam alijadas muitas pessoas que passaram a noite a fazer barulho tanto no corredor como dentro dos quartos. Reclamámos para a recepção mas não foi suficiente. O restaurante do hotel é bom, mas serviram um prato frio ao meu marido e depois demoraram imenso a trazer outro prato.

Das Zimmer erfordert Reparatur und Modernisierung: Fenster und Verriegelungen in den Eingangtüren des Zimmers und des Badezimmers. Unterstützung b. schön und kompetent. Hotellage ist ideal. Das Problem mit Fernparkplatz und Parkplatz im Hotel zum Entladen von Gepäck.

Unser Aufenthalt war mit Besuchen von Verwandten und Freunden verbunden und ich war für die nächste Zeit in diesem Hotel, zusätzlich zu den Umständen kurz nach der Öffnung bei COVID-19. Es ist sehr zufrieden mit den Einrichtungen und dem Service. Ich werde so bald wie möglich zurückkehren. Das Hotel hat eine Lage, die uns passt, in der Nähe der Hauptstädte des Krieges.Slski und der Park zwischen Katowice, Chorzów und Siemianowice. In der Nähe der einzigen in dieser Provinz des Zoos, Planetaria und der glücklichen Stadt.

After becoming a regular visitor over the last 8 months, it is very clear that this is a hotel that deserves its reputation and standing because of a key reason - its staff. The real stars of this place are the restaurant team of Julia, Dasha and Ola who always give a warm welcome to all guests. Their attention to detail is amazing, being both totally professional and warm in equal measure. It is very rare to find waitresses who care so much about ensuring every customer leaves happy. They are totally committed to the reputation of their restaurant in a way you do not see elsewhere. Ola especially has gone to huge efforts to learn English which she now speaks perfectly. I just wish my efforts with Polish were as successful as hers! Katarzyna on reception is equally brilliant and is extremely efficient and professional, yet always brings humour and could bring a smile to anyone’s face entering the hotel. Pawel the night porter is also a huge asset to your company. Many times I have witnessed him helping guests with luggage and stepping in to help his colleagues. Please look after these people Qubus - they are a very special team. I travel extensively and have never found better.
