Die beiden gaben ihr Bestes, aber auch bei 16 Std-Arbeitstagen kann mit 2 Pers. kein Resort betrieben und gewartet werden. entsprechend desolat ist die gesamte Anlage. Selbst bei Niedrigstpreisangeboten nicht empfehlenswert! 2 employees for 25 rooms are not enough even in the low season! The two gave their best, but even with 16 hour working days, 2 people cannot operate and maintain a resort. The entire facility is correspondingly desolate. Even with the lowest price offers not recommended!

Been here before and this tome its showing age. Service remains excellent and cleanliness is also noted to be maintained. Rooms are a but old ans need to be updated. Sheets are clean and comfortable beds.

It’s a good hotel for short stay, good value price to what you get it’s a bit on a side of the city

This place is fantastic! Location-wise, it’s really great. It’s very near the city’s commercial establishments and great restaurants - 5-minute drive on average. It’s also near the airport. The neighborhood in which it is in is very quiet and peaceful. So if you want a place that’s very accessible but still in a quiet location, this hotel is for you. I also would like to commend the staff - they’re all very warm and friendly. They were very accommodating and gladly answered all our questions about our travel. This hotel has a resort vibe so you really get to relax. It has great amenities, a lovely pool, and a relaxing main reception hall with a billiard table and comfy couches. It also has an in-house restaurant which is great for those who don’t want to go out to dine. Our room was very clean, cozy and surprisingly large for its price. We would definitely book this place again when we visit Puerto Princesa in the future. Definitely worth the price! 🫶

Worth it yung place sa mga gusto ng tahimik ng hotel maganda rin yung room nila but yung lampshade nila sira ata di kasi mag on and also yung tv di namin alam if sira ba or hindi wala kasing remote eh, overall 8/10

It’s a great experience! We had a wonderful room and great service. We really enjoy the atmosphere and the villa type Field. The sunshine and the staff are wonderful! I’ll give this Hotel five 🌟 !!! we can’t wait to go back here

Expectations vs reality. Good in photo but in person the place is old and dirty. Mahina and tubig and pangit na ang shower. Room ok na ok malaki pero need na marenovate.

The stay was a great escape from the city noise. The place is pretty remote, so it’s super peaceful and quiet. When we checked in, most of the other guests had just checked out, so we were the only guests for the day. This made it even more relaxing. The reception was awesome, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The pool was a bit of a letdown. We wanted to take a dip after checking in, but there were a lot of fallen leaves from the trees, which made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned for the day. Since the previous guests had just left, I assumed they were just about to clean the pool. It’s too bad because the pool area could have been a great spot to chill. Our room was spacious but didn’t have a fridge. The receptionist mentioned that none of their rooms have fridges, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, since the room is spacious, it took a while for the air conditioning to cool it down, which may not be ideal on hotter days. There was a table and chair for two just outside our room. We brought cooked crabs with us and ordered rice from their restaurant. The staff allowed us to use the table outside and even assisted by bringing the rice, as well as plates, utensils, and other items, to the table. They were very helpful, allowing us to enjoy the food we brought. Overall, it was a nice stay because of the quiet location away from the city. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway and don’t mind a few minor issues, Acacia Tree Garden Resort is a good choice.
