Das Zimmer ist super schön. Man kann die Hügel und das Meer auf einen Blick sehen. Ein sehr geeignetes Hotel für einen Urlaub. Auch das Servicepersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist großartig, wahrscheinlich das beste Schwimmerlebnis, das ich je im Meer hatte. Da die Landschaft wunderschön und das Wasser sehr sauber ist, habe ich mich nach dem Schwimmen darin verliebt! Das einzige Problem ist, dass das WLAN nicht sehr gut funktioniert und es mir schwer fällt, zu arbeiten, haha. Vielleicht kann ich mich deshalb in diesem Hotel ausruhen. Aber es ist tatsächlich der einzige Fehler. Was mich sehr beeindruckt hat, war Daniela im Wave-Restaurant. Als wir dort waren, hat sie sich im Grunde daran erinnert, was wir wollten. Vielen Dank! Alles in allem jedem wärmstens zu empfehlen!

I really enjoyed my stay at Palau Royal Resort, which lasted for 6 nights as my return flight had to be postponed by 2 days. It was home away from home, and I cannot thank all the staff enough for their excellent service, welcoming smiles and wonderful help rendered throughout our stay. Our room was also cleaned up very well every single day, kudos to the lovely cleaning lady who always greeted us with a beaming smile when she came around to do her job. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Palau!

Dieses Mal übernachtete ich in diesem Hotel für 10 Nächte in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick. Am Privatstrand kann man tropische Fische und Meeresschildkröten beobachten, sodass wir viel Spaß beim Schnorcheln hatten. Darüber hinaus gab es im Hotelteich Meeresschildkröten und tropische Fische, die die Kinder abends gerne fütterten. Auch das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ist recht gut. Die Lage ist gut und man kann Restaurants in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn das Wetter also nicht schlecht ist, kann man in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant essen. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und es gibt auch einige japanische Mitarbeiter, sodass Sie beruhigt sein können. Als wir dort übernachteten, wurde es jedoch auch als Unterkunft für US-Militärangehörige (die zur Arbeit hier waren) genutzt, sodass sich dort ziemlich viele Leute aufhielten. Da sich hier eine Mischung aus allgemeinen Gästen und US-Soldaten aufhält, machten die US-Soldaten am Samstagabend bis etwa 3 Uhr morgens viel Lärm. Ich rief mehrmals an der Rezeption an, um ihre Aufmerksamkeit zu erregen, und konnte kaum schlafen . Wir haben bis 21 Uhr Karaoke am Pool gemacht und ich verstehe, dass man von der Arbeit müde ist und sich ab und zu entspannen möchte, aber die amerikanischen Soldaten waren so laut, dass ich mich nicht wirklich entspannen konnte. Ich konnte ein Zimmer kaufen, aber ich denke, es wäre laut, wenn links, rechts und über mir amerikanische Soldaten wären. Außerdem gibt es im Zimmer einen Sicherheitskasten, der jedoch angehoben werden kann, sodass es wenig Sinn macht. Es ist ein japanisches Hotel, und es ist ziemlich teuer. Wenn also keine Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, wie die Trennung des Stockwerks vom US-Militär oder die Unmöglichkeit, die Sicherheitsbox zu verschieben, werde ich es wohl nicht noch einmal besuchen. Schade, denn die Aussicht war schön und die Lage gut.

I stayed at PRR through the New Years for 12 Days while on a dive trip and had an excellent stay. I really enjoyed the private beach at the resort. I was surprised with the reef there and as a diver still had a lit if fun just swimming around there. The trims were clean and updated. There was only one issued when I noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. I told the cleaning staff and it was fixed immediately by the time I was back from diving with no future issues. The front deck staff was great and helped make reservations and get taxis for us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many options to eat before a big day of diving. The staff there was fantastic. I always felt very welcomed. Janry, Ben, Rose and Oya were amazing and were always ready to serve. Per Oya’s recommendation the beef noodles are truly fantastic and would highly recommend them.

This place is so lovely. The views of the island from the rooms are incredible, the staff are very nice and willing to help. I had made an issue with my booking and I called them prior to check in asking them if there was a way they could fix it. At check in time they told us they had upgraded our room to a suite. The food in the restaurant is very nice, we also noticed they have a cute little herb garden that they grow on the hotel premises. There is free parking for guests available on the premises and a nice souvenir shop next to reception. They also have a tennis court and a small putt putt golf course although it seems to be a bit overgrown and hard to find. The location of the hotel is great, not too far from the city; great restaurants around and even a mini mart across the road. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel my next Palau trip.

Very nice hotel. The rooms can be very far away and the hallways and rooms do have a bit of a smell but I guess that is the islands. The beach and pool are a nice touch, unfortunately we didn’t get to try the food as our stay was short. The rooms is very nice, comfy beds and a good shower. Also provide you with water bottles since the water here is not drinkable. The staff are lovely and pick you up from the airport, Parking is also available on the hotel premises. Only real downside is the wifi, it’s a horrible connection and logs you out every few minutes.
