This must be the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in Japan. It is a traditional Ryokan with 3 Private Onsen available for reservation upon arrival. The scenery and ambience around the hotel were peaceful & very gorgeous. The mountain view from our room was fantastic. Besides, it took less than 10 mins walking distance to the famous Kinrik Lake! 😌🎐 Each guest could pick a 👘 for free too. The services was great and the staffs were attentive too. We stored all our biggest luggages at Yufuin Station and only brought along light luggage because it is far away from station. Gentle reminder for the guest to book a taxi at least one day earlier before your departure. By the way, it was a lucky morning when it started to snow during our ryokan checked out! It made the Ryokan looked even more amazing! ❄️ The only regret was breakfast and dinner were both unavailable during reservation and there is no ryokan contact was available before arrival. It would be 100% if I were to taste the すきやき, Sukiyaki! 🥩🍲

Absolutely loved this place. The staff were so so friendly and made me feel safe although I was a solo traveller. Loved the yukata you could wear around the hotel. The private onsen is first come first serve so make sure to book early at the reception! You must get the kaiseki dinner and breakfast. One of the best meals I had including the restaurants I’ve visited during my one month stay in Japan with incredible views of the mountain. An easy 15min walk from yufuin station/bus station even with my massive luggage especially with the scenic view on the way there. And less than 10min walk to floral village and kinrin lake! Thanks once again!!

Had a comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent. They had different nice choices of onsen. Enjoyed the excellent mountain view. The location was good with access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!

溫泉好舒服及乾淨，服務員態度十分好及親切； 食物質素高，用料新鮮；每一道菜也像藝術品般，十分好及推得再來！

很寬敞的榻榻米房間，超出預期！房間很乾凈，洗手間和淋浴房是分開的，這點很棒。前台小姐姐特別細緻，還送了小禮物🎁。露天温泉預約後，就可以使用。早飯和晚飯都非常不錯，尤其是晚飯，量特別大，用餐時提前備有菜單，很精緻！就是壽喜鍋覺得口味偏重了一點，其他都很OK，甜點很贊！當然，價格也很美麗😂

교토에서 료칸에 매력에 빠져 가성비 및 접근성 좋은 곳으로 알아보고 있었습니다! 기린코 호수 근처라서 유후인 거리랑 가까운 숙소에요 위치마져 완벽합니다! 버스터미널 및 유후인역에서는 10-15분정도 걸어갔습니다. 전 혼자이다보나 특가가 뜨다보니 싸게 다녀왔는데요 가족단위로 오시는 분들이 많아보였고 예약을 하지 않아 전세탕 이용하기가 애매한 16:30분에 이용했는데요 애초에 유후인에 2박이였고 마지막 날이라 체크인 시간에 바로 가서 숙소에서만 보낸 하루였습니다. 전세탕 즐기고 대욕탕까지 즐겻는데요 너무 좋았습니다! 12월 9/10일인데 밖에서 씻는게 춥지는 않았어요(온천의 열기일수도 있지만 개인차가 있습니다.) 아침에도 전세탕을 즐길 수 있지만 아침도 전 대욕탕으로 마무리했습니다! 가이세키 및 조식은 매우 훌륭 했습니다! 부모님 모시고 오면 더 좋을거 같다는 생각도 했어요 한국인 직원분인지 모르겟으나 한국어 하실 줄 아시는 분이 있어서 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다!! 꼭 다녀와보세요

장소는 유후인 전 역 버스에서 내려 15분 정도 걸으면 나옵니다. 방은 사진으로 본 것보다 컸으며 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 그 외에도 신청한 저녁 가이세키의 경우 코스가 매우 만족적이였습니다. 대중탕은 크지는 않으나 외부의 찬 바람과 따뜻함을 느낄 수 있어 좋았고 예약해서 사용하는 전세탕(노천탕)의 경우도 매우 만족이였습니다. 아침 역시 일본식 식사가 나와 부담이 덜 되며 맛있었습니다.

리뷰에 한국어 잘하는 직원 분은 조식 식당에서 뵐 수 있었습니다. 엄청나게 친절하셨고 다른 직원 분들도 지금껏 여행했던 모든 직원 분들 통틀어 친절하셨어요..ㅠㅠ 다음 번에는 이 호텔만 가기 위해서라도 꼭 다시 여행을 잡을꺼구요 아침에.했던 아침 온천은 정말 환상이었어요.. 때마침 그 날 눈이 내렸거든요.. 눈 맞으면서 했던 온천을 잊을 수 없을거 같아요 .ㅠㅠ 어머니가 돌아가시고 마음을 추스리기 위해 떠났던 여행에서 이 곳만으로도 큰 힐링이었어요.. 먹는거부터 쉬는거 잠자리 모두 행복했습니다. 다음 여행은 꼭 이곳으로 호캉스 오겠습니다!!!!!

벳푸, 유후인 여행을 통틀어 가장 좋았던 숙소입니다. 직원들은 부담스럽지 않으면서도 섬세하게 투숙객을 살피고 캐어해줍니다. 유후산을 바라보며 먹는 조식도 완벽했고 두 번 예약 가능한 가족탕 또한 청결하면서도 매우 아름답게 가꿔져 있어 만족스러웠습니다.

非常滿意！首先是地理位置優越，離湖和街還有美術館非常近，房間窗外是岳和鄉野，打的到車站不過600幣；其次是室外私湯非常美，感謝攜程管家幫我們提前預約了私湯；然後晚餐真的給力，特別是和牛涮鍋一口吃下去驚艷了我們；服務態度很好，情緒價值拉滿，房子有些年代了，但很乾凈，總之，值得高分。

建議搭計程車去飯店，飯店很乾淨，一泊二食很好吃，一間房可以預訂兩次私人湯屋，很漂亮，但公共浴池也很乾淨👍🏻
