Spacious room. Very near to train station. Take a right turn after exit from train station, take another right turn at family mart, walk about 100m, you will see the hotel on your slight right. The washing machine at level 2 is a plus. ^^ highly recommended. Take a slow jog in the morning and you can explore the surrounding.

Front desk staff is helpful. Car park not enough. Check out at eleven is good

It’s overpriced for the weekend . There is no instant coffee provided in the room.

Good quality of service and location

Serve good breakfast and a big room for family of four...recommend to anyone with 4 persons

Good location for family with kids. One side of the hotels rooms have a great view with rice and train station. My kid loved watching passing by trains far from the hotel. I could foucs working because of that. Food is great and you also have an Italian restaurant in the hotel. There many small restaurants near by. Translation is 250mts close by.

The service and the room is great with breakfast included. The staff are very helpful and the location is near the railway station.

Very good breakfast, accommodating staff, clean areas and very convenient location right next to station and bus.

This hotel is pretty good for the price. It’s very close to one of the stations, and secluded enough if you don’t want to be bothered. I recommend it if you want to explore Yokohama, and outskirts of Tokyo. Overall 4/5. I would come again. Budget friendly, nice comfy, and offered different amenities.

Location of this hotel is quite close to railway station, just less than 3 mins walk from the nearest station, although quite far from the main town, the environment is less crowded and fewer tourists nearby, which could be a good choice. The room is also tidy, although the ventilation of toilet could be improved. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is also mediocre, though not many choices, but taste is not bad.

I booked for 3 rooms and send special requested to booked the parking lot for 1 car. But this Hotel ignored my requested, they said "You have to direct booking the parking lot with hotel by phone". What! I am oversea customer!! If I have to direct booking room and parking lot. Why I have to get the service from trip.com! ?
