Kingdom Hotel Hanoi Bewertungen

I only booked and stayed two nights (May 24th-26th) and arrived about 1AM on the 25th. The hotel booked transportation from the airport for a $20 USD fee but their driver took me to the wrong hotel, so it took much longer to arrive at the correct hotel. I had booked a premium room but the A/C did not work. They kept telling me it was user error and to just wait for it to cool. After suffering in the heat all day, they finally downgraded me to another room with a working A/C. There was loud construction noise all day, which I recorded in case they deny it later. I was very disappointed with my stay. But that wasn't the worst of it. When I checked my Visa statement, I saw that my card was charged for the two nights on the 26th. However, I later found that they charged my credit card again on the 29th for another two nights and then refused to refund. I had to report fraud. Avoid this hotel, do not give them your credit card and check your statements as they add additional nights to unsuspecting foreign travelers.
