Great location and one straight road to subway and JR line, and close to lots of shopping. Family mart and pub and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and modern, and have coin laundry. The TV even allows you to play Netflix. The only thing missing is water fountain.

The Richmond Hotel chain always supplies good value and meets expectations. The location was perfect for our requirements, the accommodation adequate allowing us to enjoy our holiday in full.

Everything was good at the hotel. The only sad thing for me to share is that we had a very unpleasant experience inside the train heading towards Yokohama from Tokyo. We did not know that we were in the incorrect car. When we were told by the lady train staff, we got up from our seat and tried to go into the next car. But the next car was 110% full and we could not get in. One of the lady train staff was very rude and aggressive towards us. She pushed my wife very hard when we were in between the two cars until she almost lost her balance. Luckily she did not fall down. I view this as a very offensive act and we made a complaint at the Yokohama train office. The journey to Yokohama was very unpleasant.

Very convenient location with just few minutes walking distance from the Yokohama Station. Very nice breakfast restaurant down the hotel also serving the general public. Satisfied business style hotel for staying consecutively 3 nights in there.

Very good location, room is very clean, service is also good.

Hotel is very nice, well kept. Room was great. Bathroom was great too. Staff are courteous and helpful. Location was great. Near the train station, near the subway. Area is bustling, lots of eating places and a Create store (mini department store) is right beside the hotel. Big department stores and malls are also maybe 5 mins walk. Only negative for me was that the British pub in front of the hotel was just brimming with loud drinking people the Friday night that we arrived. The next 3 nights were alright as the area was relatively quiet. Still lots of people about but that was more reassuring than scary as they didn’t appear drunk.

Perfect position for both business and holiday trip. Slightly bigger room than some of standard business hotel.

這家酒店的房間不算小，可以攤開三個大箱子，很不錯！ 關鍵交通很方便，下了JR，往西出口走，3分鐘就到酒店了，樓下有個很大的葯粧店，泡麪和飲料價格比便利店的便宜，衹是遇到週末的話，酒店樓下人比較多，因為周圍有好幾家PUB 酒店電梯到二樓直達鳥貴族燒烤，解決夜宵很不錯，衹是服務員基本不會説英語，交流有點麻煩
