Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa Bewertungen

Ich habe in mehreren Hotels auf Bali übernachtet. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel fantastisch. Ich habe nachts gut geschlafen. Da auf der Insel Lembongan an diesem Tag viele Reisegruppen zurückkamen, ist die Insel nachts sehr ruhig. Entlang des Strandes des Hotels, dort Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars, der Preis ist nicht teuer werde das nächste Mal kommen

Dieses ist sehr durchschnittlich. Der Kellner, der eincheckte, verdrehte die Augen, als er hörte, dass es keine teure Zimmerkategorie war, und verschwand dann; ich ging zur Rezeption, um nachzufragen, und eine andere Person sagte mir, dass das Zimmer fertig sei. Dann ist das Mieten eines Buggys sprachlos, also ist es nicht gut, Touristen direkt von so einer nicht empfehlenswerten Sache zu erzählen?

Great resort- what a view! On a steep hill but there’s buggy service. Some areas (eg. Lounge) a bit old but overall amazing.

Service was excellent, staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Facilities were super cute and clean! Food was EXCELLENT. Loved the view from the location and easy to walk to beach areas. Overall wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We did not initially book Batu Karang, however due to an issue with our previous booking, Trip.com were able to secure a room here which we felt very excited about as the hotel looked lovely! When we arrived, the staff were amazing. They took our luggage on their buggies and drove them straight to our room. We were transferred to reception (the hotel grounds are very large and quite steep). Throughout our stay the staff were helpful and friendly. We had an early morning snorkelling trip so the kitchen staff made us breakfast to go which was so kind. Breakfast the next day was amazing… so much choice and cooked to perfection. We had a small issue on our second/final night as we found a colony of ants in our room and our neighbours were extremely noisy. However, as soon as we reported it to reception and asked if we could move rooms, they collected our luggage and took us to a different part of the resort where there were no ants and no noise. The hotel sorted us a taxi for our trip back to the harbour which was fantastic. We would love to stay at Batu Karang again and would definitely recommend it to friends, family and fellow travellers!

I thought the breakfast was very nice with a good variety, the pool set was great with a fantastic location with a beautiful outlook and view. The facilities were good, the room clean and spacious.

Batu Karang Lembongan Resort, Lembongan Island: One of the big resorts on LI, Batu Karang has 2 split personalities. Firstly, it had its hey days the way Jackie Collins did. Think "Dynasty" - you get the 80's puffed-up-hair idea. Today, it's faded glory on some fronts and boho-cool on others. Pool, gym and main reception and restaurant are 80's worn out and outdated. The bed rooms are semi fine with a gorgeous bed but outdated electrical fittings and WIFI system. Bathroom is a bit of a mixed bag - with some new elements such as the commanding stone-grey bathtub that is the hallelujah of the bathroom. Sockets, plugs, mirrors need a facelift. You still get killer views from the hotel or restaurants. Now the exciting part - The Deck and secret speakeasy bar on cliff ledge The Howff. The Deck is the Greek white-washed pilgrimmage pit stop of all island visitors. It feels like holiday and gives you the electric blue panorama dotted with lazy boats bobbing up and down the water. Cocktails, milkshakes, juices, smoothies scream technicoloured excitement and show you what holiday truly means. Food is also good and well presented. The Howff is a dark, medieval, mysterious cave meets sea whisky gin speakeasy cocktail concept - which is refreshing by island standards. With coiffed newcomers such as Lago on the island, Batu Karang needs to let go of the old and the ugly and refresh itself with newer fittings matching The Deck and The Howff. #eatstylishtravelstylish

強烈避雷這家酒店。 先説優點，酒店地理位置優越，環境舒適，坐在陽台上就可以看到海邊日落，晚上餐廳的出品也很不錯，但是避雷那個烤豬排，咬都咬不動 下面説下最大的雷點 下午五點多我們正在房間內的私人泳池，房門上鎖，但是男服務員就這樣打開門鎖走了進來，要送一個什麼裝修的告知書，當我愛人回頭時正好看到服務生就站在玻璃門後，這太可怕了 圖片裏其實可以清楚看到，站在房間內就能一覽泳池全貌，而且當時還開着泳池沖浪功能，聲音也很大，不可能發現不了有人在裏面，但服務生依然還是進來了，而且走到了玻璃門旁邊 最讓人氣憤的是酒店態度，對於我們受到的驚嚇根本不在意，還説這很正常，他們是按流程辦事，並且拒不提供任何賠償，衹給一個不痛不癢的延時退房，態度非常強硬。 而且酒店經理信誓旦旦的説房間有防盜鏈，但事實上並沒有，也就是説在房間內沒有任何辦法反鎖，從外面用鑰匙打開門鎖就能進來 出門在外一定要注意安全，下次要帶個阻門器

酒店海景超一流，房間也很大，裝修很有度假風情，連住了兩晚。 酒店的餐食也不錯，早餐每個人可以點兩份，擺盤都很精緻。午餐晚餐都在這裏解決，還可以直接刷卡很方便。 步行5分鐘就有兩個沙灘，位置便捷。

빙과 리조트 시설 그리고 뷰도 다 마음에 들었지만 뒷문으로 찾아가는.과정이 너무 힘들고 제대로 된 사인이 없었음. 그 외 레스토랑, 아침식사 그리고 스파도 상당한 퀄리티라 전반적으로 만족했다
