The bedsheets made me itchy whole night couldn’t sleep well. They provided us top floor too noisy on the ceiling nonstop whole night too

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel room with reasonable pricing. Customer service not bad as all staff are very friendly. The only setback was no toothpaste and toothbrush given.. Be ready to walk to nearby seven eleventh to buy one..

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The older Muslim lady at the front desk is incredibly rude and has no respect for customers. I’ve seen many reviews mentioning her rude behavior, so this clearly isn’t a one-time issue. While the rooms are clean, there are roaches 🪳 , and they can get into your luggage if you’re not careful. The other staff were polite, but the roaches 🪳 and the rude front desk experience make it hard to recommend this place.”

Basically room 901 was excellent. It gives me the semi panoramic view of Jalan TAR. However those who do not appreciate late night noises of motorists, kindly avoid.

location is good.cleanliness need to improve a bit specially toilet..a bit smell.,on the last day our stay at night there’s fire alam ringing through out the hotel and all the customer worried.the management of the hotel a bit late take action..need to improved on that matters.

It's beautiful city

This hotel is quite clean so far and I happy with that. Customer need to bring own toothbrush set and also the comb as no provided.. I hope the service can be improved better .

Location is strategic. Near to shopping mall and easy access to food and beverages. For those who travelled by car, parking would be a problem because limited space. Near to LRT station. Overall i had a best stay here
