Sehr modern und praktisch. Wir sind um das Hotel herumgelaufen und es gab viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Der Hotel-Shuttle zum Flughafen war sehr praktisch. Sehr schönes Hotel

As we were affected by the Typhoon Ragasa in China, we have to make last minute changes to our high speed rail & arrived guangzhou one day earlier before our flight. We booked one night stay at this hotel as it’s near airport. Upon arrival at hotel around 11am, the front desk staff helped us to arrange for both rooms to be next to each other per our request. We requested for late checkout and they happily allowed us. The hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to the airport which really helps as all other transportation options were closed that day. We can only say that this hotel was our saviour during this time of emergency. All the staff’s members were polite and helpful, will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends!

The service since the arrival at the airport was great, Ryan and Rambo, made sure that I arrive comfortable after my flight, It was possible to do my work in a quiet room , the breakfast was very diverse and the best part was the possibility of the late check out , the room service is very efficient. The room is clean, lots of natural light and spacious , the shower is strong in pressure. It’s a great option to choose after or before your flight

We booked this hotel because we need to take flight from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport CAN. And it was perfect for this purpose, it was very close 15 minutes drive from the hotel and hotel provided FREE shuttle bus. So its perfect for taking flight the next day, but if you want to explore the city it is not the best location, hotel is located in quite remote place. Hotel room is clean and is just basic.

We had a great stay here. Reception staff Momo and Delia were very helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the breakfast starting at 6:30am offered a good variety — perfect for grabbing a quick bite before an early flight.

Generally it is a convenient airport hotel n things were tidy n clean. Ms Lee of Front Office Duty Officer was proactive to salvage an otherwise unpleasant incident that we had experienced. The short stay was good except that the shuttle bus that was promised didn’t show up despite being assured twice. It was on the 3rd call that we realised that the bus actually didn’t make the pickup round ( reason we aren’t aware). It finally came 25 mins later n by then we were so tired. Suggest that the duty officer must ensure that such a lapse must not be repeated. Thanks

I miss shuttle and call the driver.  They arrange pick up within 10mins Room is clean and comfort.   

Excellent hotel. I’ve stayed here twice now, to catch early flights, and it’s always a great night’s stay. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The staff are extraordinarily helpful, and even arranged a packed breakfast when I had to leave before the kitchen opened. The shuttle bus to the airport is quick and efficient. Overall, highly recommended.

Wow, this hotel is truly amazing! The environment is superb, like a paradise, making people feel relaxed and refreshed. The rooms are simply outstanding, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with all the facilities complete. I especially want to praise Leah. She is so warm and considerate, providing such attentive service that it makes people feel at home. From the moment we entered, Leah greeted us with a smile and carefully introduced all the facilities of the hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again next time!

The stay was good. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety. Hotel provided a shuttle bus to the airport. Front desk and welcoming service needs improvement.

Luckily, we were in time (01:15am) to catch the shuttle bus when we arrived into Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. But we still had to contact the hotel to inform them that we were at the pick up point in case they were not updated of our arrival for check in. It was a 10-15 mins ride from the T2 terminal to the hotel. The driver was very helpful n helped bring up luggage for the guests onto the small coach. We took the shuttle fm the hotel to the airport the next day but the driver didn't help with the luggage at all. The Front Office staff were helpful n friendly. We had a good rest in our room as the beds/pillows were very soft n comfortable.

The hotel is located near the airport. It is convenient to spend one night between flights. I liked everything.
