Gute Punkte: 1. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Stadt, vor allem der Republik Square. So war es ideal für den Umzug und auch für die Küche. 2. Das Zimmer war 3 Star für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut genug. schlechte Punkte: 1. Zimmer: Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Toilette, wurde während der 3 Nächte unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Wenn wir uns beschwerten, wurde nur der Duschbecken aufgeholt. 2. Einrichtungen: Keine Aufzüge im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war in Level 4 und wir mussten unsere Gepäck handgefertigt transportieren. Aber dieser Punkt war uns handhabbar. Vielleicht ein Problem, wenn jede alte Person reist. 3. Bett: Wir hatten deutlich erwähnt, dass wir vier von uns sind und wir brauchen ein richtiges Bett. Wir hatten 1 Doppelbett mit extrabett reserviert. Das Doppelbett war ein wenig klein, aber es war gut. Das Extrabett war wie ein Stretcher. Auch eine Person während des Schlafs wird außerhalb des Bettes fallen, wenn er/sie sich wechselt. Wir waren nach Georgien und Serbien. Aber das zusätzliche Bett (Breite des Bettes) war gut genug für zwei Kinder, um bequem zu schlafen. 4. Zusätzliches Bett Gebühren: Dann mussten wir ein zusätzliches Bett beantragen und sie endeten, uns wieder ein weiterer reicher Art Bett und zahlten uns AMD 9,000 für 3 Nächte. 5. Frühstück: Für 3 Tage Aufenthalt hatten wir das gleiche Menü mit kaum Änderungen.

Für die Person, die ein Liebhaber von modernen, gemütlichen und komfortabelen Ort zu bleiben ... ist es eine perfekte Version im Stadtzentrum mit einem schönen Garten und sicherlich mit dem besten Service. Ich war froh, mit dem Verkaufsteam in Kontakt zu sein, was unglaublich ist ... Danke GOUVERN

Good stay. Hotel was good. Close to city center. Staff professionalism varies. Rooms were clean. I was in a single room but my friends rooms caries alot it seems their is individuality in the each room and suite . Breakfast was decent and staff there were lovely Unfortunately there was no view from the rooms. Security lock in my room wasnt working honestly couldnt bother to complain. Soundproof was too poor. Some nights i couldn’t sleep because of slamming doors Grocery store near by and many nice restaurants within walking distance Tv channels can be improved with better english language entertainment channels

Nicely located near the center of the city which is a 10 minute walk to the Republic Square through a main street. The last time I visited Yerevan I stayed in another famous 4 star hotel but in comparison Ani Central is much better in many ways. The receptionists and staff are awesome and friendly. Mary which I believe is the Head of the reception is the best, she is really kind and caring and speaks English fluently. The breakfast was good, tasty and changed every day. The rooms are decent and clean. There is a Carrefour branch and further up a City store between the hotel and Republic Squre where you can buy everything you need from. I really enjoyed my stay there and it will be my definite choice for my next trip.

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, man kann die Hauptattraktionen und diverse Restaurants per pedes erreichen. Frühstück war gut, Gym ebenfalls und die Zimmer ausreichend geräumig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einzig ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die sicher gut gemeint sind….: Handtücher müssen wirklich nicht jeden Tag getauscht werden oder vielleicht beim Frühstück mit dem Abräumen der Teller etwas warten….

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, nur einen Schritt vom lebhaften Geschäftsviertel entfernt. Es gibt jedoch keine Wärmflasche im Hotelzimmer und am ersten Tag des Aufenthalts werden nur zwei Flaschen Wasser bereitgestellt und am nächsten Tag ist es vorbei. Das Bett im Zimmer ist auch im allgemeinen Zustand. Aber das Frühstück in diesem Haus ist köstlich. Für die Tagesmahlzeit müssen Sie 1000 lokale Münzen hinzufügen. Das Frühstück muss einen Tag im Voraus gekauft werden.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

We stayed at the Royal Hotel in June 2023 as part of a tour group. Positives - Great location right in the middle of restaurants and easy walking distance to Republic Square, the Cascades park - Rooms are a good size Negatives - We stayed 4 nights and had some sort of wifi issue every day. Some days we had no reception at all. Reception was best in the hotel reception and even then the quality was low - Staff had loud arguments in the front reception - Another guest who checked in for the first time early one morning came back down to tell the staff that her room had not been cleaned. She needed to be moved - Fruit offered at breakfast was bruised and poor quality - The chairs in the dining room were stained and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years - Secure lock up for your luggage when you check out was just putting luggage behind the bar in the reception area. It wasn't tagged or securely stored - Reception was not continuously staffed. On the day of checkout, I had to go to the kitchen to find someone to help. They ended up having to call the reception staff as they couldn't be found - We had a coffee station and no kettle. Only one person in our group of 30 had a kettle in their hotel - The bathroom has been remodeled but there is no sealant under the glass shower panel so your bathroom floor gets wet While the hotel is rated 4 stars, be aware that you probably won't experience this but will pay the price of a 4 star hotel

This is everything you would expect of a modern Luxury Collection property. The rooms, the pool, the gym, breakfast... all top notch. Location is also perfect. There were, however some problems. Some serious. Some minor. Serious: - there is no way to contact the hotel electronically prior to arrival. There is no published email. I contacted them by Facebook Messenger, and they gave me an email address.... to which they did not reply. I recontacted via Messager... and they did not reply. No email address for a hotel in 2023 is not acceptable. - I was arriving ahead of the check-in time (10am vs 2pm) and checking out well before the check-out time (6am vs 12 noon). I explained the situation, said that I did not need my room early but i) if it was available great but ii) if it wasn't I would freshen up and change my travel clothes in the gym changing room. The answer - 'if you want the room before 2pm, you pay 50% of the daily rate. You may access the gym only after 2pm'. I was shocked. I understand that they are under no obligation, but refusing to allow someone to use the changing room?? I insisted. Eventually they relented. The changing room was perfect (and empty). But not good first impressions. - Returning from dinner, I was surprised that there is no evening turn-down service. I went to bed just before 10pm (I had been travelling) and did not think to put up DND sign because I was getting up at 6am and receiving room service breakfast. The turn down service came into my room just after 10pm when I was in bed. That is bizarrely late IMO (note that Yerevan is a late city with limited morning activity). - Room service breakfast was delicious except that orange juice was in a bottle. In Armenia, fresh OJ is available from any roadside stall. Surely the kitchens of the Alexander can produce it for breakfast? The hotel is expensive. It seems to be priced with the diaspora in mind who will not be surprised by NYC or Paris prices. For example, the $200 per hour for a massage is really extreme in this part of the world. I have no doubt about their claim to be the best hotel in Armenia, and I appreciated the luxury and service after some challenging travels through the Caucuses. However, I do think the management should get a grip on the service/value balance.

Die Qualität der Hotelzimmer ist gut und die Zimmer sind groß. Das Frühstück wird im Buffetstil serviert und ist relativ komplett. Aber es kann etwas anders sein als die Geschmacksmuster der Iraner. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr gut verhalten. Besonders eine schöne Dame namens Annie, die sehr herzlich und ehrlich verhält.
