Das ist nicht einmal ein Hotel, sondern ein Gasthaus Armeniens, wo Sie immer glücklich junge und angenehme, sehr schöne, gut ausgebildete und ausgebildete, gute und aufmerksame junge Leute sind. Als Hotelexperte habe ich in vielen Hotels im Zentrum von Jerevan gelebt und als ich im Sphere Hotel, das ~3 km vom Republik Square ist, hatte ich Angst zu bleiben. Aber das Hotel war für mich und für das Gebiet geeignet und zu einem Preis, so dass ich dieses Mal hier gestoppt habe. Ich möchte feststellen, dass mit der Aussicht in einem bescheidenen Zimmer ein chic Hotel- gemütlich, frisch, schön, zu kleinen Denkzimmer mit den bequemsten Betten (die Matratze wird die angenehme und ruhige Schlaf bieten) und Möbel. Das Innenraum und seine Komponenten im Hotel und in den Zimmern - Gürtel, Möbel, Badezimmer und Blei, Mantel, Handtücher, Slips, Minibar und der Rest, das braucht jeder Gast - es ist nicht wichtig, dass er ein Geschäftsmann oder ein Freizeit-. Das Frühstück und das Restaurantpersonal, das ruhig in vielen Sprachen spricht, ist ein gesondertes Thema. Upon arrival to Yerevan our driver was directed to an address other the one I had booked with close proximity to Republic Square. Landlord carried our luggage's up from back alley of a restaurant, metal door cement stairs, and showed us his unit trying to promote it. After long arguments we agreed to stay three days. This was my first visit to homeland and it took me time to recover from the shock. At noon and after we checked out, next landlord called to tell us the address is going to be other the one we had booked online too. At this point, it was clear this was organized online hack of system or bookings. I told the landlord we are heading to the booked address to meet us there. We had luggage's and it started to rain. I had to let my daughter watch the luggage's at Republic square and walk to the unit where the second booking was. Two security guards approached us took the phone and gave it back saying you have no booking here. Four hours back and forth with no place to stay and under the rain in foreign land with my husband shivering under the tree and daughter stunned at the unprofessional behavior's of the people who are supposed to be in hospitality business and me running around looking for a place to stay and at the point of giving up, our path crossed with Manager of National Hotel, Sophia. Suddenly, we were at the care of a professional in hotel management and hospitality expert. She matched the price we were going to pay and gave us a unit on the spot. National hotel staff were ready to help us with different services and we settled down at a great location with all the amenities a tourist requires resting and catching up with where we left off. Next think we know, we are on a tour bus, touring the whole city. We met all kinds of people who made a difference. Sophia was the first to remind us that she was there for us if we needed anything. Pleasant to talk to, showed empathy, was responsive to our needs in a way that we decided to stick around and go nowhere else during the term of our visit. Fortunately we were able to cancel our next booking as well which had all of a sudden dropped from the list of ***********. I will follow up and investigate this further but in the meantime I owe Sophia a big thank you. I thank God for this miracle. I recommend the National Hotel and you can depend on it's manager Sophia. You will not be disappointed. Also, don't trust online booking as pictures you see might not exist and alternative solutions might not be what you were promised in the first place. Not all hotels provide same standard of service. We were lucky to end up with one that has high standards to deliver and commi**ent to satisfy visitors. We are forever gratefull. Gute Punkte: 1. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Stadt, vor allem der Republik Square. So war es ideal für den Umzug und auch für die Küche. 2. Das Zimmer war 3 Star für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gut genug. schlechte Punkte: 1. Zimmer: Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Toilette, wurde während der 3 Nächte unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Wenn wir uns beschwerten, wurde nur der Duschbecken aufgeholt. 2. Einrichtungen: Keine Aufzüge im Hotel. Unser Zimmer war in Level 4 und wir mussten unsere Gepäck handgefertigt transportieren. Aber dieser Punkt war uns handhabbar. Vielleicht ein Problem, wenn jede alte Person reist. 3. Bett: Wir hatten deutlich erwähnt, dass wir vier von uns sind und wir brauchen ein richtiges Bett. Wir hatten 1 Doppelbett mit extrabett reserviert. Das Doppelbett war ein wenig klein, aber es war gut. Das Extrabett war wie ein Stretcher. Auch eine Person während des Schlafs wird außerhalb des Bettes fallen, wenn er/sie sich wechselt. Wir waren nach Georgien und Serbien. Aber das zusätzliche Bett (Breite des Bettes) war gut genug für zwei Kinder, um bequem zu schlafen. 4. Zusätzliches Bett Gebühren: Dann mussten wir ein zusätzliches Bett beantragen und sie endeten, uns wieder ein weiterer reicher Art Bett und zahlten uns AMD 9,000 für 3 Nächte. 5. Frühstück: Für 3 Tage Aufenthalt hatten wir das gleiche Menü mit kaum Änderungen.

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

Mit ihrer Tochter, das Zimmer ist ein großes Bett, mit einem Balkon, dieses Hotel hat eine Badewanne, wäsche jeden Tag die Toilette, warmes Wasser, Wäsche, wäschebedingte Wäsche, 2 Tinten Wasser jeden Tag, beim Frühstück, das Restaurant hat auch Wasser, kostenlos zu nehmen, das ist besser zu denken, Ich denke, es gibt zwei Tee jeden Tag. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, die Art ist reichhaltig, Obst, Kaffee, Joghurt, Suppe, Eier usw. sind alle sehr lecker. Die Rezeption-Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch und bereit, den Helfer zu helfen, ist eine angenehme Aufenthaltserfahrung.

Ausgezeichnete Zahl, der Preis der Qualität rechtfertigt sich voll und ganz.  Sehr gute Rückmeldung, bei allen Fragen, die wir unverzüglich beantwortet haben, hervorragendes Personal.

Wir hatten eine spät einchecken (ca. 00:00), wir warten, im Zimmer war alles sauber, zwei Handtücher pro Person, Klimaanlage ist an. Bett, Handtücher - alles ist perfekt sauber und glatt 👍🏻 Bett komfortable, gut geschlafen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und nicht invasive. Zum Zentrum kamen sie zum Taxi - hier ist es sehr günstig (150-209). Wir blieben zufrieden.

Gutes Hotel, einfach aber gut. Hier zum dritten Mal gestoppt, Rein. Klimaanlage, auf der Straße war plus 37. Wasser, Teepot, Kühlschrank, viele im Badezimmer aller notwendigen Dinge. Es gibt einen Fußboden in der Nähe der Straße und Geschäfte, natürlich, um viele architektonische Denkmäler. Ich denke, wir werden es buchen, wenn es notwendig ist, in Jerevan zu transplantieren. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit einer Erhöhung dieses Mal, sehr geräumig.
