We had a terrible experience for check-in the front office executive almost kept us waiting for 2.5 hours and we had to stand out of the room ***** with our kid. He was too rude and there was no apologies from his end. We called 2 days ago and confirmed our booking and even at around 11:00 AM we confirmed on the check-in day. After the cleaning process was done, the bathroom and the living room floor remained wet. There are better resorts at yelagiri, please don't choose this place. . .

Stayed in villa and rooms were spacious enough. But disappointed with the maintenance of the rooms. Some rooms had issues with geycer and night lamps. Basic amenities like tea/coffee were not sufficient for the adults. No toiletries in any of the restrooms. Service was great. Food taste and quality was great. Lush green campus and location was very quiet. Would definitely stay again and recommend provided they do good job in the areas mentioned above.

Very nice stay. Balcony room is fabulous. The place is quiet and in between lush greenery and forest! The view from the balcony room was really good! Breakfast and lunch is served in the resort so no need to venture outside. Enjoy your stay

It was a pleasant stay, near to nature, good food, temple also nearby. All staff was good and supportive. Sufficient parking area. Kids can enjoy in playing area. You can also see multiple jackfruit trees, ***go trees, and bananatreese in resort. It is a very good place to get peace in nature.

We stayed with colleagues for 2 nights. The ambiance of the resort is awesome like inside a forest. The service of the staffs was great. The ***ager of the resort is quite good handling the service in a smooth way. Rooms are good with nice views. Food was also great with taste. Over all we had a good stay for past two days.

We had great stay with group of friends at TGI KAIROS recently .Staff was very good especially Sakthivel was outstanding . What ever our request was fulfill immediately. Chef Dena made our customized menu for 2 nights dinner and 2 breakfast was out of the food. Food was homely prepared and taste was top notch especially Puttu Kalai curry mind blowing. We had great time with our friends . If you want chill out with friends right place to hang out.
