Location is near airport. No any hotels are market nearby. Very isolated. You can book if you can transit in xian but not recommended for fooding or go around. Recommended for stay only!

The hotel is incredibly convenient and offers great value for money, especially if you’re arriving at the airport late at night. Communication was a bit tricky due to my limited Chinese and the staff’s limited English. When I booked the airport Terminal 5 pickup, the only instruction I received was “Call the hotel when you arrive.” But to my surprise, the hotel driver was already waiting outside at Exit 533 😄😄. If only they had mentioned the exit number earlier, it would have made for a perfect midnight arrival! I ended up taking a taxi instead, since I couldn’t find the driver at the time (but don’t worry, the taxi fare was quite affordable). Despite the mix-up, the hotel staff were very kind. They apologized for the misunderstanding and even sent some fruit and toiletries as a gesture of goodwill 😄😄. I highly recommend this hotel for late-night travelers. Just remember, if you’ve arranged for pickup, look for Exit 533. Their pickup service is free of charge!

Great place for transit or overnight. Great service, helpful, pleasant and smiling staff from reception to door man. Cannot fault them.

The name of the hotel on site, is different from the name on trip.com and when we arrived (night 230am) the hotel staff was sour faced and was unwelcoming and slighted us. Very rude. The staff that helped us with checking out was a lot friendlier and cheery faced.

Still need to take a car from the airport. However there is a service from the hotel, but you need to have Chinese mobil number.

Nearby to hotel and quick check in even we arrive after midnight lobby receptionist is efficient but breakfast needs to be improved as limited choice available with coffee not refilled and served cold even though still within breakfast timing.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Bedroom was comfortable with good mattress and linen. Restaurant buffet provided good selection of foods. Language always a challenge, but use of language helps, although staff at this hotel were not as accommodating in using the app

The service is great and the hotel is in close proximity to the airport. They also have an airport shuttle so that’s a plus you don’t need to wait for taxis
