The facilities are complete and well-maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the living environment is comfortable. The guest manager Lisa is patient and attentive, always ready to answer questions and provide considerate service. The overall cost-effectiveness is extremely high. Strongly recommended.

The facilities were excellent — from the generous breakfast spread to the executive lounge, the spacious indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, and the beautifully landscaped gardens. We also loved the luxurious and expansive layout of the hotel. The staff made our experience even better. Moretti Lin was incredibly patient and understanding when we encountered an issue with the room size we had initially booked, and we are very grateful to him for arranging an upgrade for us. Manager Lisa also took great care of our family throughout our stay. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children staying for 7 days, and the entire experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Excellent service with huge hotel compound to stroll around. Clean with yummy breakfast too. Highly recommends the ‘you tiao’..! Too bad i missed the chance for breakfast on my last day as the breakfast time until 10am only.

From arrival, the hotel impressed me with its beautiful surroundings, lush greenery, and excellent facilities. Guest Service Manager Veronica was exceptionally welcoming—she showed us the stunning 70,000 sqm garden and even provided food to feed the swans, peacocks, and other wildlife, making our stay truly special.   The staff were consistently friendly—front desk and concierge always greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.   The combination of breathtaking scenery, modern amenities, and outstanding service made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

From the doorman's gracious welcome to the front desk's warm smiles, every detail reflected the hotel's professionalism and hospitality.The room boasted a lavish tub with stunning views, while the hotel's elegant landscaping formed a tranquil oasis.

Guest Services Manager Veronica provided exceptional service, fluent in English, and was incredibly helpful to us. She introduced us to the hotel's impressive array of amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym, and a stunning 70,000-square-meter garden. Additionally, the hotel rooms were splendid, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Veronica and the entire team's service was truly remarkable!

It is a great hotel, with a great complementary breakfast. I was upgraded to a suite, which was so amazing.

This resort is amazing. Food was delicious at breakfast and at any restaurants within the resort (we tried 2) All the staff were so friendly and nice. Everyone was super welcoming and eager to assist with anything. Room does smell like smoke because afew on my floor was smoking in the room...was not expecting that but it is very common in China. Other than that this resort has everything, swimming pool, proper gym with all the equipments you need and lots more. Would stay again for sure.

Great hotel, very clean and a (food / drink) surprise in your room pretty much every day. The kids loved the doraemon room and we loved the service from 小杜，小赵（新），刘涛经理. We also really liked the included breakfast every morning. And we could store some of our luggage in the hotel when we traveled outside of Xiamen for a couple of days. Normal Swimming pool was a bit cold though.
