The Wellington Apartment Hotel Bewertungen

Overall a good place to stay with safe under ground parking.  The location is within walking distance to the city attractions. Only issue we had was that a toaster cannot be used in the room.

I'm a delighted customer. I was satisfied with everything about the Wellington Apartment Hotel. Will definitely book it again.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Free parking is a plus. Room is spacious

Hotel a bit dated. Hardly anyone at the front. It’s an OK stay, granted we weren’t physically there much.

Good location, staffs are nice and attentive. The amenities was old , busy maintenance well. Good value for many as I am looking for the apartment with kitchen .

On arrival, there was no booking. Cancelled dates, however, were located by reception. The dates booked was arrive 11th and check out on the 12th . This booking had been changed and trip.com sent confirmation. This had not been recorded. not the fault of the Wellington, but yours. Receptionist was able to retrieve payment for 10th. There is still another payment that has been taken from our account. I was promised this would be refunded in 10 to 14 days. I will be waiting for this. Fortunately, there was one room vacant and we did have a bed for the night. I will not be using trip.com for any further bookings. The Wellington is in need of some updating. Chairs in room were average. Mattress should be replaced. Showers should be updated. The Tv would not connect to any free to air channels without major interference. Luckily Netflix worked. Providing a continental breakfast for over nighters would be appreciated and hopefully a restaurant will be reinstated.I have been staying there occasionally for twenty-two years and see the detioration of what was/ could be a four-star accommodation.

房間寬敞舒適，睡床軟硬適中，睡得舒服。公寓位置離主要市區景點有點遠，如無自駕，需要乘公車才可到達。不過行去附近河邊也有很好的景色，步行10分鐘便到。

1. 방은 넓다 2.조리가 가능해 저렴한 고기를 자주 먹을 수 있다 3.침구류가 눅눅하다 4.청소상태가 아주아주 별로다 (첫날은 쓰레기통만 비워줬고 그 다음에는 쓰레기도 다 안치워줬다) 5.요청사항을 한번도 안들어준다 (침구류 갈아달라고 요청했으나 4일동안 한번도 교체 없었다) 6.소음이 너무너무 심하다(자동차소리 비행기소리 사람들소리) 7.샤워기가 별로다(물 온도가 왔다갔다 했다) 8.예약 전 봤던 사진과 실제로 가서 본 시설은 좀 다른 느낌을 받았다
