🚗 Transport: Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein Taxi zum Bahnhof Hankou kostet 11 Yuan. Ruhig im lauten, das Hotel ist sehr groß, die Lobby ist dezent und prachtvoll. Sanitär: Sehr sauber, einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel würdig. Handtücher und Bademäntel sind Standard. Umgebung: Das Frühstück und das Hotel sind sehr gut, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut, mit vielen Variationen, geeignet für ausländische Freunde und Einheimische. 🍎Ich habe die Mitgliedskarte verwendet, um das Willkommensobst einzulösen, die Vielfalt ist sehr gut und das Obst ist sehr frisch.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig mitten in der lauten Gegend und es ist bequem, ein Auto zu rufen; es gibt während des Aufenthalts einen kleinen Unfall und die Abwicklung und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit des Hotels sind zufriedenstellend; Das Frühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend und entspricht der Positionierung des Hotels. Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Wuhan gehe, werde ich in Betracht ziehen, zu bleiben?

Als ich das erste Mal hier war, war ich etwas enttäuscht. Das Zimmer, das ich bekam, war ein speziell geformtes Zimmer, und es war ein bisschen deprimierend. Dieser Zimmertyp ist ein besonderer Raum, und die Menschen, die ihn bewohnen, können ihn verstehen, aber er wird ohne Unterschied verkauft. Ich denke, es gibt mir 4 Punkte für den Service. Hoch: Diese Idee soll nicht arrogant sein. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es wird nicht empfohlen, zu frühstücken, es gibt wenige warme Gerichte, die gebratenen Teigstangen sind hart und die Rindernudeln sind durchschnittlich.

Ich war zum ersten Mal im Executive-Zimmer des Hotels und fühlte mich ziemlich gut, mit wenigen Leuten im Pool. Servicepersonal aller Art ist sehr enthusiastisch und Fräulein Anna, die mich empfing, ist noch akribischer und professioneller, also blieb ich noch eine Nacht. Nachteile, das Hotel ist immerhin schon viele Jahre in Betrieb und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keinen elektrischen Vorhang für die smarte Toilette und das Abendessen in der Executive Lounge ist etwas rudimentär.

Obwohl es 2014 eröffnet wurde, ist die Dekoration noch sehr neu. Das erste Gefühl beim Betreten des Zimmers ist Komfort und Luxus. In der Mitte gibt es eine kleine Episode, und mit Hilfe von COCO ist sie sehr gut gelöst, und sie ist genial 👍. Der Zimmerservice ist auch sehr gut. Nach drei Tagen Frühstück war es ähnlich, aber es hat gut geschmeckt.

great city view from 28th floor, clean bedding , spacious bedroom and bathroom. l love all Sheraton style decorations but the hotel needs to renew especially the old and dirty carpet asap.

It was one of my best experience. Very near to the metro station, very clean room. And all the stuffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

The room is nice, good services too. I have no hesitation to recommend to friends.

It was my 2nd time staying there and I love it. I'll be back for sure.

I have already visited this hotel several times during my business trip and I can say that it is really wonderful without any negative points and I highly recommend it because the location, services, quality of equipment and breakfast is at a high level. My full recommendation .

What the hell happened in this hotel I still can't believe it! The location is clearly not convenient for having fun, you come here just for business I guess, the room was dirty and old. Air condition didn't work and in just one night all my family got a cold. We came here because of the swimming pool, confirmed with the reception before payment if the water was hot, they confirmed it at 12:00, I paid, at 16:00 we went to the swimming pool and the water was like ice. We waited one hour and none really helped, they just asked us to wait a couple of hours more. At 19:00 they asked us to try the water but we were already having dinner. What's the point to pay 900rmb for litterally just having troubles!!! I talked to the manager who barely spoke English and she looked like was her first day at school, she clearly didn't know what to do, she didn't offer any kind of solution or compensation (never happened to me before). How is possible Marriott leaders don't understand how to manage an hotel??? It was the first time in 10 years in China for me to be treated like that. Congratulations you won! I often travel and stay in Marriott hotels during my trips, in some of them managers are like friends, they often give me small gifts and I have access directly to the lounge bar. But this time I got so disappointed that I won't consider Marriott anymore. In conclusion, I left the day after and went to Hilton hotel spending just 450rmb with super service, free drop off at the railway station, welcome gift, super nice and clean room and a robot delivering the water to the room. Hot and cool air condition working perfectly. It's not difficult, you just need to know how to do your job!!!

Hotel is a bit dated and run down. Poor maintenance. A/C did not cool properly, outlets were not working properly, shower door didn’t close as it should.
