I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. Patrycja who was on vacation , is always making sure that guest will receive the best service ever , she organized in advance and gave all the instructions before my arrival to respond to all my requests Patrycja is a gem for this hotel Every morning it was a real feast at breakfast which is always delicious with new things to discover and to taste each time I come back Breakfast have a large choices with high quality The breakfast team is also very professional, thanks to Ada, kinga but particularly to Katja who does a remarkable job thank you Katjia for an extremely good service and your kindness. Das Granary ist noch ein empfehlbares Hotel. Das Konzept in dem alten Speicher ist beeindruckend. Riesige Zimmer, tolle Gewölbe im Frühstücksraum/ Restaurant. Die Entfernung zum Marktplatz ist kurz. Kleiner(!) Hotelparkplatz mit Überwachung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles wird frisch zubereitet, aber man muss etwas Zeit einplanen. Am ersten Tag war der Service miserabel, die weibliche Servicekraft war überfordert, die männliche uninteressiert. Wartezeit auf Spiegeleier 30 min. Am zweiten Tag war alles ok. Im Hotel entwickelt sich langsam ein Renovierungsstau! DieTeppichböden Zimmer wie Flure sind fleckig, abgetreten, fast schon eklig! Die Lichtleiste zur Warnung schlecht sehbarer Stufen war defekt! Die Fenster müssen schnellsten gestrichen werden sonst verrotten sie! Wie schon gesagt, der Renovierungsstau muss behoben werden, sonst ist hier bald kein Kunde mehr zufrieden

Völlig überlaufen, stundenlang anstehen an der Rezeption, Zimmer erst abends verfügbar ,keine Parkplätze im Parkhaus für Gäste verfügbar ( wird als öffentliches Parkhaus genutzt ). Also wer zur Weihnachtszeit hier übernachten möchte sollte sich ein ruhigeres Hotel suchen. 30€ mehr lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Leider Massenabfertigung . Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich und das Personal versucht bestimmt ihr bestes. Ps. Wer auf Trip.com bucht sollte darauf achten das die Buchungenseinstellungen sich beim Buchungsvorgang nicht ändert. Der Preis ändert sich und man steht ohne Frühstück da. Nach zweimaligem Versuch hatten wir uns entschlossen Frühstück vor Ort zu buchen, Preis war noch akzeptabel.

Schönes, komfortables Hotel, gegenüber dem Bahnhof, aber nicht so nahe an der Altstadt. Praktisch für Essen, Transit, Geldwechsler usw. Das Einchecken dauerte viel länger als erwartet, da ein neuer Mitarbeiter Schwierigkeiten hatte, zu bestätigen, dass wir bereits bezahlt hatten.

Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum. Verkehrsgünstig sehr gut gelegen. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, was aber nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit behinderten-gerechtem Bad. Aber kein Problem. Klimaanlage war top und sehr nützlich bei Tagestemperaturen um die 28/29Grad. Doppelbett groß und bequem. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Englisch-Kenntnisse sollten vorhanden sein. Frühstück sehr gut und voll in Ordnung. Würden wieder dort buchen, wenn ein erneuter Besuch anstehen sollte.

We didnt book breakfast but plenty cafes and bakeries around, we visited Jolie Brasserie twice and sat in the park ( after the opera house) with fresh rolls, coffee and pastries twice . The location is perfect for the market square . We also visited the little square behind the opera house and wandered down towards the canal to Domek and Fosa a lovely little bar/ restaurant. Wasabi is a busy bar and resturant outside the hotel with great cocktails . Hotel kept our cases on our last day as we had a late flight.

Herbal Hotel was previously a monastic building , which has been beautifully converted to a modern , state of the art hostelry . Not only are the bedrooms and the public rooms tastefully furnished and decorated but everything from the bed linen , the towels , and the food , excellent . The only problem we encountered was how to have a shower without flooding the bathroom . The bath itself was a bit of a nightmare for this elderly guest , slippery underfoot and very high -sided . However I cannot otherwise fault this lovely place with its extensive herb garden at the front of the building . Drinks and light refreshments could be enjoyed outside on the terrace or in the vaulted cellar . Breakfast had a comprehensive menu with hot and cold food and plenty of fresh fruit . The hotel is handy for the city centre as long as you discover the short cut . You will be guaranteed a good night’s sleep as no traffic sounds will disturb you .

Pros - Central Old Town Hotel - Very Clean - Warm - Excellent Customer Service - this cannot be highlighted enough. The staff were the best thing about the hotel. Anything they could help us with was done pleasantly, and with a 'Happy to help' attitude. Anything they couldn't help us with (no uk/EU adaptor), when we came back to the hotel later that day, they had found one for us. They ordered us taxis, recharged our phones for us after we had checked out, printed route on map, etc. A++ for Customer Service. -Breakfast, was delicious and hearty. Some healthy options - salatka, salad, ham, tomatoe, cheeses, fruit salad but also hot sausage, and warm sweet cream-cheese pancakes. Croissants, bread rolls, rye bread, butters, jams, honey, Cereals, mueslies, yoghurt. Nice coffee machine, nice selection of teas, selection of juices. Cons - The hotel bedrooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. That's it.. There really were no 'cons'.

Bin Ende September nach Breslau gereist und habe hier mit Freunden übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, modern und sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, einer guten Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee usw. im Zimmer. Schönes, großes Bett, das wirklich bequem war. Wir checkten früh ein und bekamen Zutritt zu unserem Zimmer, das Personal an der Rezeption konnte sich gar nicht genug um uns kümmern, sehr praktisch für die Altstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Das Hotel war ein sehr sauberes und komfortables Hotel, das sich direkt am Rande des Weihnachtsmarktes befindet. Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich von der Eincheckung bis zum Auschecken und später zurück, um unsere Gepäck zu sammeln, da sie ein Zimmer hatten, um es für ein paar Stunden zu verlassen, während wir auf unsere Flüge warten. Das Hotel hat nicht gegessen, da wir mit Restaurants und Cafés um uns herum ausgewählt wurden. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit allem und sicherlich Wert für Geld und würde empfehlen und hoffentlich in Zukunft wieder zu besuchen.

Nice hotel . Great.Position. Nice rooms . Clean. Nur durch die oberste Parkgebühr, die eingecheckt wurde, warnte uns nicht. Dies könnte aufgrund von Stress über schreckliche Gebäude-Website-Mouse im Hotel gewesen sein. Aber ich fragte nach Parkplatz und das Personal war vage über die Kosten. Wir hatten einen abbattenden Schock, da die Kosten pro Tag fast die gleiche wie das Zimmer war. Wyndham hat keinen Kundenservice für Europa, so dass meine Versuche, sie zu kontaktieren gescheitert.
