We had a most excellent stay! Bree at the front desk was incredible and we appreciated her hospitality and kindess during check in. The room was spacious and clean, thank you to the Housekeeper who prepared 222 for us on April 25th. And thank you to the Housekeeper that cleaned 222 when we checked out on April 26th. After a long day of traveling and painting, the hot tub hit the spot for our old broken backs. Again, thank you Bree for helping us out 🙏. The beds and pillows were AMAZING and we slept like little tiny babies. Nicole provided us a delightful breakfast with options for everyone, topped with a warm and welcoming smile and attitude. We stuffed our bellies and got high on caffeine before we checked out and went out for another day of painting. Carolyn was lovely and helpful and we might just become IHG Members because of her. We are currently with Hilton Honors and this is our first time staying at this chain. Absolutely needless to say, we loved it and will definitely be booking again. Thank you, again!

Best breakfast experience by Nicole. She exceeded our needs and requests. She fixed my breakfast exactly how I like and want it. I was there for almost two weeks and she was like night and day compared to the breakfast lady before her. I was very pleased.

The staff was wonderful. Rooms were very clean. And it was quiet. The beds are on the firm side, so if you have back problems its not too bad. Breakfast was great. Biscuts and gravy. I asked to stay an additional night and that was no problem. All in all my stay here was great!

The front desk people were very kind and welcoming. Nice and clean hotel! Just wish there were a few more channels available on TV and that the jets on the hot tub worked. Breakfast was nice, but the juice machine didn’t work. Love that they welcome pets! Would stay there again.

My husband and l stay at Holiday Inn Express And Suites all over the US And we were greeted by the General Manager Carolyn .Her and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff . When out of they way to make feel like family instead of guests .And breakfast food choice brands far better than other Holiday inn and suites .

This hotel is clean and has friendly staff at all times! Many guests are from the oil fields and the staff cares about the cleanliness of the hotel and cleaned up after them well. Rooms are clean, spacious and have a ton of channels to choose from.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at a number of different properties in Williston over the years, and this has been my favorite so far. Will definitely look for availability here when I return.

I used points & cash to get my son & his family 2 nights stay, after they had a flood. An hour later I get a notice that hotel has also taken almost $300 for a hold. Call IHG & manager calls me & says it was an error and I shouldn't have had any $ taken for hold while using points. On the day that my son checked out, I bought two more night with points & cash. Several hours later I get another notice that another almost $300 is also on hold. It is now, eleven days since 1st stay. Holds have not been released and they are holding almost $600 of my money. I called IHG who tells me manager says she has released 1st hold, but hasn't released 2nd. (No idea why as it had been 8 days?) Neither one of the holds have been released to my bank. IHG customer service say they can't intervene in the billing aspect of a customer's stay and that hotel manager has to solve it.

Just what you would expect at an IHG property. Nice, clean facilities and friendly staff. The room was clean and updated, with nice mattresses and bathroom towels, etc. The breakfast is pretty standard but decent. Parking is probably the only real negative, as it is limited and generally over filled.
