Rabbit Hill Inn

Rabbit Hill is a beautiful Inn to spend a weekend relaxing and removing yourself from the busy day to day grind. We loved the ambience, and the feeling of needing to disconnect was overwhelming as soon as we settled in. The restaurant was wonderful and staff was so kind and accommodating. We forgot how fulfilling simple pleasures, like doing a challenging puzzle in the parlor, tea in the afternoon, sitting by the fireplace with a magazine or book, can truly be. We took a scenic drive to Hill Farmstead Brewery, where we sat and enjoyed a flight while watching the snow fall. Another drive to Littleton not too far away - very nice town with shopping and restaurants. We can wait to return, this may become a yearly visit for us. Thank you RHI!!

Like being home. Very relaxed atmosphere. Delicious food. The Inn has maintained its charm since the last stay we had with previous owners. Loved the Canopy room and the fireplace. Bed very comfortable. We look forward to returning again.

Amazing experience. Staff so friendly, food was wonderful and room clean and comfortable. Love the high bed and all of the comfy pillows. We can't wait to go back! Beautiful scenery I can't imagine how gorgeous it would be when the fall leaves are out

We had a wonderful stay at the Rabbit Hill Inn - our fourth time visiting. The inn is comfortable and cozy, we had two amazing dinners at 24 Carrot (the restaurant at the inn), loved solving the collection of beautiful wooden Stave puzzles, and enjoyed relaxing in the living room and bar. Thanks especially to bartender Hugo, chef Dino, and server Mckenna for taking such great care of us and making our stay memorable and enjoyable! Can't wait to come back.

Hugo and McKenna are phenomenal, so friendly and nice. Great food and drinks, wonderfully cozy vibes. We sat and enjoyed afternoon tea time, then migrated to the bar for card games and drinks, and then to the restaurant for a delicious dinner. Room is pleasant and the inn is so adorable with all the rabbit decor.

Booking experience was poor - the advertised 20% discount was not applied to our room. The email we received, nor the website or the person that took our reservation advised that the discount only applied to online bookings.. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Food was very good but mixed reviews for the wait staff. The breakfast and pub service were on point. The dinner service at the 24 Carrot Restaurant was poor.

Rabbit Hill Inn was more than we expected. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and every amenity we could desire. The sitting rooms were spacious and we loved sitting by the fire to enjoy our tea and delicious afternoon treats. Dinner at the 24 Carrot was scrumptious and we relaxed with after dinner drinks from the bar again by the fire. The entire staff was very welcoming and had great suggestions for daily activities in the area. We fully enjoyed our stay and definitely look forward to returning!

A bit of a mixed review here. Some of the staff (breakfast server and bar tender) were delightful - the rest not so much. Accommodation - the bathroom in our room (the Hampshire) could definitely do with an update - the fittings are not luxury and are mismatched. Housekeeping - whilst I can applaud the ecofriendly approach - I have no problem using my towels more than once but for the money I would rather someone other than me made the bed - and a quick clean of the bathroom would have been nice - this is something I manage to do at home once a day. Dining - maybe it was the chef's night off - it was average at best and the server was so sullen -and then there is the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. Major pluses are the Stave puzzles and the common spaces which encourage guests to converse which we did and that made for a pleasant getaway overall.

This review is overdue. My husband and I always celebrate my birthday at the Rabbit Hill Inn.we have been coming for 12 years.we were there at the beginning of December. As always , we hated to leave.Our stay was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. The atmosphere was comforting and relaxing, something we both really needed.Everyone was so welcoming and attentive.Im not sure what Kats official title is but she is overseeing everything. She is very good at what she does,she is very genuine and friendly not to mention helpful.We enjoyed chatting with Hugo the bartender very much, he has a way of making you feel like a friend at a local neighborhood pub. Also , I just loved Kate! She was so friendly and fun! We were so happy with Mekenna , our server for Dinner. She really knows her stuff, she doesn’t miss a beat , also very friendly and knowledgeable.The chef, Michelle is amazing! My steak was the best ! Not everyone can make a well done steak ( which is how I always order). It was so tender and moist, full of flavor. She even came out to greet us at our table , which I felt was so kind.Loved that! Our breakfast was worth waking up for. Delicious. Our servers were two young men on different days, Garrett and Dimitri, they were both outgoing and very helpful.of course there is tea time with amazing desserts and snacks that are perfection thanks to Phyllis. I can’t forget the house keeping staff, they are the best, everything is immaculate, which very much matters. I am so excited about our upcoming trip.We can’t wait to get back to our friends at the Rabbit Hill Inn in May.There is no better place to escape!!
