Prima Lage, direkt an Metro und Tram. Sehr nah am Kulturpalast und beim Zentralbahnhof mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Viel Platz, ein bequemes Bett, ein schönes Badezimmer, eine schöne Küche mit sehr guten Elektrogeräten und Waschmaschine plus Wäschetrockner. Das einzige ist, dass zum Kochen manche Dinge gefehlt haben (Schöpfkelle, Sieb, Salatschüssel, Schneebesen) und dass die Möbel ein paar Gebrauchsspuren hatten. Es war sauber bis auf Fusseln auf dem Boden.

It is a very clean and luxurious apartment hotel. I used it very comfortably.
However, it was uncomfortable for water to flow out of the bathtub when taking a shower in the bathtub.

Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor).

As a family of 5 persons, apartment was good sized and answered to all of our need during 3-night stay at Warsaw. Location was perfect close to city centre and service was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed but some renovation is needed. Safety locker was broken and there some issues with water taps but otherwise there were no big issues during the stay.

Check-in: they couldn’t find our reservation until I provided the booking number, a bit strange to be met with “There’s no booking under that name” but then there actually was.
The dishwasher was broken but didn’t bother us since we didn’t use the kitchen at all.
We had a two bedroom apartment “Vendi” but one bedroom did not have windows, it’s more like a big closet with a bed.
Roomy apartment, kind of sp****ly furnished.
Great location close to subway, tram and busses and a short walk to the cultural palace.
Check-out: we left at 530am and the “24/7 reception” was not staffed. We tried calling the number several times but no answer. Ended up leaving the keys inside the apartment. Texted the reception but heard nothing back.

Location was very good , garage parking was big but you need to pay 100 per day, apartment size was big, the only issue with the key, that you have one key only and which you need to use it in the elevator too, better if they give you 2 at least.
