Of the three hotels I stayed at during my 9 day stay in Poland, this was the best by far. The room was sizable with daily cleaning service and water. It even had a mini fridge to cool items. Spacious with decent furniture for relaxing, the air conditioning worked along with all basic facilities, including hot water for showering and shaving. The breakfast is outstanding with a wide range of choices, all well prepared. And even the coffee is decent. Service is very good. They give excellent advice for tourists. The only downside to the hotel I found was that they offer no laundry service. But this is a great hotel at a reasonable rate.

Die Begrüßung und Kommunikation ist ein Mist! 10 E-Mails auch in fb, IG für die Bestätigung des Zimmers, 4 Tage im Voraus. Auf dem Büro sagte die Gastgeber mir, sie sind überbucht, so dass sie nicht sofort antworten können, 4 Tage ok... Ich buche auch einen Abendessenstisch 4 Tage im Voraus, die gleiche Mist... Ich habe Erfahrungen in vielen NOBU, Immer fantastisch, aber diese in Warschau empfehle ich nicht!

Ich war in Warschau mit einer organisierten Tour und die Reisebüro wählen dieses Hotel für die Unterkunft. Wenn ich allein reiste, hätte ich dieses Hotel nie gewählt. Eine Nacht hier war genug. Das kleine Zimmer war nur mit einfachen, einfachen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bad war nicht ein klassisches Bad, sondern eine ingebaute Zelle mit einem Metallboden. Die Dusche wurde nur vom Rest des Bades durch ein Gürtel getrennt, so dass es beim Duschen überall Wasser auf dem Boden war. Von außen, einige Ausrüstung (wahrscheinlich Belüftung) dauerhaft und ganz laut über die ganze Nacht, das Bett mit einer Frühlingsmatratzen war unbehaglich. Sie konnten nur mit dem WiFi verbunden werden, indem Sie Ihre E-Mail-Adresse eingeben und sich bereit erklärten, Werbemitteilungen zu senden, so dass ich hier lieber nicht das WiFi verwenden würde. Das Zimmer erinnerte mich mehr an eine Studentenunterkunft als ein Hotel. Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber es war wirklich nur grundlegende und die Gäste mussten die verwendeten Gerichte in die Racks nehmen (wie in schnellen Speisen). Ich denke, ein Hotel für einen sehr unerbittlichen Reisenden, der auf einem Budget reist.

Ich habe eine nette, gute Lage gehostet. Eine kleine seltsame Dusche, wo absolut kein Platz für Dinge gesetzt werden kann. Aber die unerfreulichste Überraschung - funktioniert nicht WiFi. Nein! Ich versuchte, Dutzende von Zeiten am Abend, eine Stunde der Nacht, um 5 Uhr und um 7 Uhr - nein.

I wish I could leave a good review. Unfortunately I cannot really. I do wanna start off by saying that the female receptionist was truly lovely. There have been a number of things however that make it impossible for me to leave a good review. Firstly, they decided to change the code you need to get back into the building after 11pm, but they didn’t change it on the keys. They also forgot to change it on the paper on the inside of the door in the rooms. They just give you a piece of paper when you check in, which I didn’t realize had a different code on it than the one on my key. So I was stuck outside at 11.30 or so. I rung reception, but no one was there. I’d booked this hostel cause on Hostelworld it says there is 24 hour reception. Also when I tried calling them using the phone number on google maps, no one picked up. Secondly, I asked if they could wash my clothes in the evening. The Ukrainian guy who works behind reception told me that was possible and that it would be ready the same evening at about 10.45 pm. When I got there, it turned out the wash wasn’t ready yet, so he asked me if I wanted to pick it up the next day. I told him that was ok. The next day I picked up my wash, only to find out it’s still wet. So the other guy who was working that day put it into the bag while he must have felt that it was still wet and decided nonetheless to proceed putting it into my bag. Then the third point is even more ridiculous in my opinion. I was staying in the most expensive (4 bed) dorm, but it didn’t have a bathroom in it. As we were having drinks at one of the bars that looks out over the hostel, my friend told me that when he stayed at the hostel a few days before he stayed in the dorm one floor below mine - and that that one did have a bathroom in it and that he even paid less for it. So the next day I asked the receptionist if that room was still available. I even asked for that specific room. He told me that was a private room, even though my friend had stayed in it a few nights before. I told him I would be checking out instead. Then he told my friend the same thing, but my friend told him that that was obviously not true as he had stayed in that dorm himself a few nights before. Then he had to basically confess that what he said had been a lie. Then he came up to me and told me that I could stay in that room after all. I told him I was gonna stick to my plan to check out, as honestly, this guy was getting on my nerve. He had clearly been lying to me, he obviously hadn’t cared about my wet wash a few days before and generally his attitude was anything but what you’d expect from a receptionist. Then to add insult to injury he refused to let me store my bags in the storage area, claiming that it was only for current guests and not for former guests. Obviously this is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hostels in my life and the very room serves to store the baggage of former guests. I also had previously stored baggage in that very

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Weltkulturerbe der Warschauer Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist ein 5-Sterne-Hotel und alle Lichter außerhalb der Hotelzimmer sind sprachaktiviert; der Boden in der Mitte des Open-Air-Gartenrestaurants des Hotels ist mit sternförmigen Stehlampen gefüllt, was sehr romantisch ist. Auch der Servicegedanke ist sehr stark. Als wir eincheckten, waren wir aufgrund eines kleinen Missverständnisses mit der Zimmerkategorie nicht zufrieden. Das Personal zeigte uns alle verschiedenen Zimmertypen der gleichen Ebene, bis wir uns für das Zimmer entschieden, mit dem wir am zufriedensten waren ; Das Personal dieser Zimmerkategorie prüft, ob die Zimmerausstattung in Ordnung ist. Auch das Frühstücksambiente ist gut. Obwohl es nicht so viele Sorten gibt, gibt es ähnliche Gurken und Gurken, und man kann auch warme Mahlzeiten à la carte bestellen. Das Einzige, was nicht perfekt war, war das Abendessen. Ich bestellte Foie Gras und Kaviar, aber die Vorspeisen schmeckten durchschnittlich. Die Hauptgerichte mit Schweinekotelett und Ente waren zu kräftig im Geschmack und nicht für chinesische Mägen geeignet.

Wir blieben einige Tage als Familie in der Präsidentensuite und haben das Zimmer absolut geliebt. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet, der Wohnbereich war groß für die Kinder zu spielen und es gab viel Platz für Entspannung und Arbeit, wenn es nötig. Das Hotel hat uns auch gut in Wasser und Kaffee gelagert. Wir genossen das asiatische Restaurant des Hotels. Aber wir waren weniger beeindruckt von dem Frühstücksrestaurant. Es gab viele Mitarbeiter an der Hand, aber in einem Eck zusammen gehüllt und an allen anderen Tagen kam niemand zu unserem Tisch, um zu fragen, ob wir etwas warmes trinken wollten.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem der bequemsten Orte in der Stadt Warschau. Im Zentrum, aber in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Es basiert auf kommunistischer Architektur, aber obwohl es diesen Charakter in der Lobby hält, wie es muss, denn das historische Gedächtnis ist am Leben, ist es modern und mit allen Komforten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit ausgezeichnetem WLAN. Es gibt immer eine Flasche Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Und warmes Wasser jeden Tag. Ich möchte insbesondere die freundlichkeit des Personals erwähnen, vor allem an der Rezeption. Sie waren großartig. Obwohl sie alle sehr hilfreich waren, möchte ich insbesondere Frau Antonina erwähnen. Sie macht die Gäste sich bequem und löst jedes Problem ohne es ernst zu scheinen. Ich möchte auch dem Gentleman, der für die Taschen sorgte, gratulieren. Er tut seine Arbeit perfekt. Großer Preis für den Wert. Vollkommen empfohlen!
