Geheimtipp in der Cinque-Terre Region. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der 5 bekannten Dörfer. Ist aber mit einem Bus innerhal 10min erreichbar. Sehr schöne Lage und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Das Frühstück war super, es wird an den Tisch serviert und es fehlt an nichts.

Wir haben auf unserer Motorrad Reise Richtung Toskana , leider nur eine Nacht dort verbracht . Es ist einfach wunderbar ! Ein freundlicher Empfang und dann dieser atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse 👍 ein sehr schönes Zimmer und dann ein hervorragendes Abendessen um Restaurant gleich oberhalb vom Hotel. Und dann am nächsten Morgen tolles Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt ! Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen 👍

The view was absolutely amazing and decent breakfast.
On the other hand, rooms were quite old, worn out and not so fresh. One bathroom towel had orange stains so I had to change. Their English is not too good which makes communicating confusing. Be aware about the "free parking". I called them one week before and was told to mail about parking, which I did. They never replied and upon arrival they claimed I had to reserve parking in advance and that all parkings were booked. This was a frustrating experience.
Overall rating: 5/10.

The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is perfect. The bus to/from Manarola makes this a convenient place to stay away from the crowds while exploring the Cinque Terra.

The view and the breeze at the top are incredible. The rooms are okay, but clean.
This hotel is not in Riomaggiore as they say but in Volastra, a tiny town above Manarola. It is hard to get there. You either hike up and down or take a bus down. Then you have to keep track of the.schedule. Pack light because either way you are carrying your bags up and down the stairs at the station or to and from the bus. It would be greatnif someone offered to help with bags.
The breakfast and cappachino were delicious. The woman helping with breakfast and the cleaning lady were very pleasant and friendly. The 2 men were much less friendly.
Next time I go to Cinque Terre i will stay at a place close to the train station.

This was the third time we've been to Luna di Marzo, and it just keeps getting better. Eugenio and his wife could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The views from the terrace, of course, are always spectacular, and the breakfast offering was varied and very good. We asked if a particular restaurant we had visited the first time was still open, and he told us that he was part owner of a new restaurant in Volastra, but that if we wanted to return to the restaurant we had visited before, by all means he was okay with that, and he smiled. Well, it was a disappointment in many respects, so the following evening we had him make reservations for us at his restaurant. What an experience! The food was excellent, and our server, Beppe, was delightful. We will definitely return! I'm only sorry it was our last evening, or we would have returned again for another meal. As for our accommodations, our rooms have always been spotless and well maintained. No complaints.
