The hotel is not well maintained.
The room wasn't in good conditions. The carpet was full of stains and quite dirty. The window handle was broken, as well as the towel hanger in the bathroom.
Breakfast was quite poor.
It is a shame because the hotel is in a beautiful location.

Worst Experience Ever!!! We couldn’t stay more than 45’ … First the room was smaller than a shoe box, we booked a room with a King Bed, didn’t get that instead they gave us a room with two single beds. Carpets were horrible disgusting… in the room trying to spray alcohol in the pillows and we found human hair on the pillows… That was it! We walked to reception…. And we left the place. Were original was booked for two nights … so? I’m a middle of nowhere trying to celebrate Mother’s Weekend … we had hace to get back to the city another 3 hs driving …. Honestly the place doesn’t deserved not even a try … even if they offered you to stay for FREE!

Estuvimos alojados este último finde semana, para el festejo de un familiar de su cumpleaños.La mayoría (11) en las habitaciones del hotel y otros (4) en una cabaña.Todo estuvo muy bien, muy bien atendidos por el personal, muy bien las instalaciones, Excelente el desayuno.Y quiero destacar la atención de Hernán, Daiana, Romina y el pelado que no le sé el nombre.Tiene una muy buena pileta externa y una climatizada interna además de ******.Hermosa experiencia, volvería sin dudarlo!!!

Precioso. El entorno súper lindo. Ideal para parejas y pasar unos días de descanso sin salir del hotel. Todos los empleados súper atentos dispuestos a acompañar al huésped. A la noche los fines de semana tienen una propuesta de comida al asador muy rica. Quien la prepara tiene una onda espectacular. Te sentis como en familia. El restaurant es rico, con comida abundante y si queres hacer algo, podes caminar por la viña e ir al ****** de forma recreativa. La verdad que una muy buena opción precio-calidad. Un placer visitarlos! Los felicito!

Paisaje hermoso de Mendoza, con amplios ventanales de hotel, cabañas, y spa. Personal cordial, comida tradicional y exquisita. Ambas piletas amplias limpias, spa muy completo, las cabañas amplias aunque tienen utensillos muy basicos para cocinar

El hotel de esta quedando en el tiempo. Los empleados tienen la actitud que son los dueños del lugar, y que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte. El mantenimiento no es bueno, típico de personal que hace las cosas a su gusto, y no a conveniencia del cliente. El wifi nunca anduvo, salvo en la oficina donde están todos los empleados

Pague 30.000$ y pensaba recibir un servicio acorde. Si bien la vista del lugar es hermoso, las fotos son viejas, el hotel esta venido abajo... Nos hospedamos un día, hubo cortes de luz por la tarde y por la mañana a la hora de levant**** corte de agua. Por afuera mucho abandono, paredes de construccion en seco caidas a pedazos, el salon de eventos todo sucio, desordenado (ni mirar a los alrededores), al igual que el gimnacio que no existe y lo ocupan de deposito. La piscina climatizada toda despintada, los toallones no sirven ni para trapo de piso, sala de juego con alfombras llena de rosetas, livings exteriores sucios, cosas tiradas en el jardin. No lo recomiento en absoluto, decepcionada.
