Sai Priya Beach Resorts

Worst customer service. Actually no one will respond to your calls. Rooms are small and not clean. Very bad experience for two days. Not recommend to stay here. Pool is very dirty and not worth to take bath as may create skin/eye itching. Room service will take hours after I order if served.

The way they are receiving guests is very un comfarting and if any issue is raised they are least bothered and not even care to answer questions. Room service is not up to the mark. Staff is not concerned about guests and their need, they just concerned about checkin but nothing else.

This beautiful resort is located near a beautiful Rushikonda beach. The property is very vast with pool, garden, field, cottages, party hall, fountains. The prices on official website was lowest. The rooms are spacious with balcony. Some drawbacks - The only option of meal is restaurant. South India Food in breakfast was good, but dinner of fish and prawn curry was not good. The washroom area of dining hall was mucky . The amenities in room was also very minimum. The pool water was ok but poolside was not also properly maintained. Overall property maintenance should be improved.

Excellent maintenance and Pleasant Atmosphere while the whole stay in the Resort. Beach is open from 6-6, we loved this is adjacent to Hotel. Swimming pool is also clean, but we didn't have time to use it. Food is slightly expensive but it is worthy for its Taste.

I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Sai Priya Beach resort during and after the second Test match in Vizag. Right on top of a great beach, comfortable room, a very good restaurant on site and excellent service from the staff. Not only were the facilities of a high standard, the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend Sai Priya to the discerning holidaymaker.

Very excellent Hotel to stay in Vizag with Family . Very friendly staff and ***agement ,good infrastructure ,good restaurant and food is very tasty . Beach view is super and just few steps to beach . Swimming pool is good but depth is 4 feet only .

Small dingy room; toilet without seat and did not flush properly; called housekeeping for help, nobody turned up. An hour before checkout time, staff called us to remind us to vacate the room, several such calls. Cold, unfriendly, almost hostile employees. The room service staff we encountered were unprofessional, not friendly and didn’t seem to speak or understand English. This hotel seems focussed on events, functions like weddings etc; the night we spent there, there was a wedding reception and loud music played late into the night, disturbing sleep. They claim to have their own private beach, but no lifeguard, no beach umbrella, no place for one to wash away the sand after a bath in the sea. Restaurant not child friendly but overall good local food, pocket friendly prices but limited items. If you are on a family holiday, best avoid this hotel

Good when I was visit this hotel first front ambiance is very nice and looking classy and front office staff mr Ganesh and Joshna and Nikhil inviting very friendly and nice escorting me and over all food is very nice

Did not feel happy with Premium rooms this time. Poor ambience maintaining on premium rooms. If you're planning stay here, better go with Deluxe even less no of people. Earlier I booked deluxe and it was good. And room which I got is bad outside view 🪟, full of noisy Air conditioner, bad mirror and window covers. Completely unsatisfied this time. Premium rooms not with money. Restaurant food is very good.
