We heard so much good about it before our arrival,but left the hotel disappointed. The rooms are nice, but the heating was not working in our room. I had to ask the reception several times to have it checked. When the technicians arrived, they repaired it in only one room (we had a family room) and mentioned the other room perhaps even cannot be repaired, but that they will come later to try again. They didn't return and we weren't given feedback on it on the reception when we asked, no one knew anything. The entire stay we were in the cold room, my daughter caught a cold and a terrible cough thanks to it. The service was bad. When we arrived with two kid and a bunch of luggage, they didn't offer any help. The cleaning service did not put fresh water and fruit daily - which they boast with everywhere in ads. The waiters at the restaurant were uninterested, sometimes even rude. They have this funny system where you have to eat dinner within a defined hour, you have to define when you will come in advance, although the dinner lasts longer. Towards the end of dinner, there are no waiters, no one wants to take your drinks order even if it is still dinnertime. There is plenty of choice of food, but it is bland, everything tastes the same. I expected a higher quality for such a hotel. The pools are beautiful, clean. There weren't many people when we were there, but in peak season there are probably since the pool sunbeds are arranged next to each other literally, there is not 1 mm of space between the sunbeds.
