Villa Princi

We were on a big road trip and had lots of driving. That made it difficult to know our exact arrival time and also we would mostly arrive late because we had a long stretch of drive in the evening. One of the major reasons we booked Villa Princi was that it clearly stated 24h check-in and 24h front-desk. Sadly this is not true. It’s a B&B after all. The same afternoon we realized we did not get any checkin information. Then it was very hard to reach anyway which caused some stress for us and thoughts of “What if we arrive and nobody is there? We can’t get it? Do we need to sleep in the car”? We eventually reached Francesca and she was very nice. I give her the benefit of the doubt because she was traveling and coming back home the same day as us at midnight. So I am still giving a good review. But I suggest to update the 24h front desk accordingly. Apart from this, the Villa is very nice and we are sad we couldn’t spend more time. Staff (and Francesca) ended up being very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. And parking was very easy too. There are enough spots in the driveway.

Villa Princi is a beautyfull old house which has been renovated. Our room was clean and the bed was fine. The host was extremely helpful and picked us up at the harbour late in the evening. She even found a pizzaria where we could get a meal.

This was a lovely hotel. In a quiet neighbourhood but still within walking distance of train station. The owner offered to pick us up and drop us off but we preferred to walk. The room was large with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a nicely landscaped garden and outdoor seating areas. Breakfast was freshly made and more than sufficient. I would happily return.

Francesca was an excellent host

Excellent Stay! We were picked up in a Porche. We stayed in the apartment unit on the Villa Princi property. We received a discount with a local restaurant for being a Villa Princi guest. Our family plans to come back and stay again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!******

Location eccezionale con una veduta sullo stretto meravigliosa. la titolare è sempre stata cordiale e molto disponibile. Le camere molto pulite, curate e dotate di ogni confort. Colazione abbondante anche con prodotti fatti da loro. Nonostante si è vicino al centro c'è molta calma e si dorme nel silenzio più assoluto. Super consigliata.

Bella struttura ben servita e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dalla stazione non per essere pignolo ma l'unica pecca che annoto riguarda la mancanza di una toilette dentro la stanza magari per questioni di spazi e misure.
