The hotel is simple but cozy - I stayed in a room with a bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable.

Very impressed with location of hotel and our room. We knew there was no air con when we booked and were very grateful for the decent fan. Breakfast included set us up for the day and found staff very friendly and accommodations, particularly with leaving our luggage all day as we had a night train on check out day

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to during my stay in Italy region. The room and the bathroom are immaculately clean. The reception staff are nice and courteous. The hotel is 12-15 minute walk from Venice train station. You will pass through stores, cafes and restaurants on your way to the hotel. There are also restaurants beside the hotel which opens for dinner only. Hotel is centrally convenient.

We thought this hotel was amazing! Right in the center within walking distance to everything! The owners were lovely and very welcoming, the room was simple but very clean, and with a beautiful view of the canal. Breakfast was included which again, although small, it has the basics like coffee, tea, cereal, bread and coissants. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thankyou for having us and if we find ourselves in venice we will be sure to come back!

The staff are very helpful and friendly and when we checked in the guy on reception offered to let us leave our bags there after check out, as we had a late flight, without us even asking - which was very nice.
The hotel is extremely well lcated for both transport links and for visiting the main sites of Venice.
The breakfast is basic, but adequate. Our room was quite small and basic (no TV, fridge etc.). But, for the time of year we stayed, it was good value for money.

An adorable place overlooking canal. Our room had a window that opened right o er canal and although not all rooms do, there is a beautiful shared outdoor patio with flower boxes, tables and chairs overlooking the beautiful canal view. Very clean, very cosy and great staff with a breakfast imcluded!

Quaint rustic hotel right along the canal. Lots of character with old world charm. Our room had a window that looked onto the canal. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly and held our bags for the day after checkout for no cost. I will choose this hotel again on my next trip to Venice.
