Das Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Sicht auf den Canal Grande hat uns super gefallen. Klein aber fein! Die Lage ist einfach toll. Man ist sehr schnell überall. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr gastfreundlich. Können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Good location with water access for taxi and very nice, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Room itself looked nothing like anything on the website though, even the most basic room photos. Grey with nothing on the walls, not even a mirror in the room. Lumpy bed. Nice bathroom though with good shower. We were only staying one night (our flight had been changed by the airline and our previous hotel (Palazzina Grassi) was full). If we’d been staying longer I’d have complained/asked if there was a better room (which I’m sure there must be from the images on the website!) . Everything except the room itself was good, so maybe just be careful which room you book would be my advice .

Superb location central to most things. Lovely hotel and all the guys on the front desk were charming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom light and spacious. Didn’t have the breakfast there tho. Good traditional restaurants nearby.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful area, close to Academia Bridge. I loved absolutely everything about the hotel. Front reception were top class in every respect. Friendly, welcoming and nothing was a problem to them. The bed has to be the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Crisp linen each day and the room was spotlessly cleaned each day. I have a good feeling ill be back here.

For mum's 75th birthday, in this simply, lovely hotel. Checked in by the warm, pleasant and very helpful concierge Thomas, who provided clear and helpful information when I needed. He is a credit to your establishment. The same too of the night porter who checked us out and took our luggage to water taxi . I will definitely stay again in this chic, clean quiet hotel. I am brand loyal, when Infind something that is good, I stick to it. I Would recommend this hotel to all my friends and associates as I believe they would not be dissapointed with a stay here.

Lovely hotel, beautifully appointed, with lovely staff and a great location. Located right beside the Grand Canal and in walking distance of all sites. The hotel is tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. Alessandro, Tomasso and Marco did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel!!! Super clean and updated while keeping the European ambiance. Breakfast every morning was an additional 15 euros if interested, but would highly recommend. Amazing spread and great way to start the day before walking through the streets. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Venice. Tommaso e Alessandro were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Lovey weekend break in this newly converted hotel. Ideal to escape the busy city centre. Short boat trip on the number 2 bus and located behind the large church. Amazing breakfast (no brunch offered now) gardens are being renovated but didn’t make any noise. Overall a very relaxing break.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated and our room was perfect. We found the location to be perfect for heading out to explore Venice. Would definitely revisit on a return trip to Venice!
