Wir hatten hohe Hoffnungen auf unsere Jahresreise. Es war Jahre her, seit ich Venedig besucht habe und ich war sehr auf diese Hotelreservierung aufregend, die eine Überraschung für meine Frau war. Nachdem wir um 10 Uhr im Hotel angekommen waren, verließen wir schnell das Zimmer, um umzuwandeln und zu Abendessen. Am nächsten Morgen verließen wir das Zimmer um 6 Uhr für eine Volltagestour. Als wir am Nachmittag zurückgekehrt waren, um für eine Veranstaltung bereit zu sein, merkte meine Frau, dass die Tasche, die sie für die Veranstaltung planete, fehlte. Nachdem sie ihre Sachen im Schrank durchschaute, merkte sie, dass insgesamt 4 Artikel verloren waren. Eine der Artikel war eine teure Tasche von ihrer Großmutter. Die insgesamt 4 Artikel waren großartig. Zugleich öffneten zwei Männer die Tür zum Zimmer unangekündigt und als sie merkten, dass wir im Zimmer waren, wandten sie sich schnell um und ließen (keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung für die Eindringen) Das Hotelpersonal hat sich als hilfreich gehandelt, aber in Wirklichkeit warten sie nur auf uns, Venedig zu verlassen, so dass sie behaupten konnten, dass ”keine Beweise in den Kameraaufnahmen gefunden wurden”. Es wurde keine Anstrengung unternommen, die Situation zu korrigieren, und die Kommunikation ist immer mehr geworden. abschiedlich, seit wir von unserer Reise zurückgekehrt sind. Es wurde keine Anstrengung unternommen und es ist offensichtlich, dass es keine Absicht gibt, uns selbst bei dem Verlust zu helfen. Sehr enttäuscht in dieser (((5 Stern)) Hotelerfahrung. Wäre sicher nicht wieder hier, und möchte andere warnen, ihre Erwartungen auf Kundenservice und Zufriedenheit zu senken. Auch, beachten Sie den Diebstahl in diesen High Touristen-Sites.

Ein Hotel mitten in Venedig, direkt am Canale Grande war mein Wunsch, um mit meiner Frau meinen runden Geburtstag zu feiern. Mit dem Ca Sagredo habe ich die richtige Wahl getroffen. Wir hatten ein feines kleines Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Canale Grande. Zimmer und Bad waren typisch venezianisch ausgestattet, dem gesamten Pallazzo im Stil entsprechend. Frühstück wurde mit viel räumlichem Stil in der zweiten Etage serviert- es fehlte an nichts und die Kellner waren gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit, so konnte der Tag positiv gestimmt beginnen. Zum Abendessen geht man in ein kleines geschmackvolles Restaurant im Erdgeschoss- Essen auf der Terrasse direkt am Wasser fiel der abendlichen Kälte leider zum Opfer. Wir aßen zweimal und wurden nie enttäuscht- die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk . Auch im Restaurant erlebten wir eine angenehme Bedienung und Betreuung. In Summe waren die drei Tage im Ca Sagredo für uns ihr Geld wert. Wir wussten durch unsere vorhergehenden Reisen nach Venedig was uns erwartet und dass man etwas mehr bezahlen muss als in anderen Städten… Neben dem Hotel war eine Gondel-Fähre, die uns für jeweils zwei Euro übersetzte zum gegenüberliegenden Markt am Samstagvormittag; ansonsten haben wir das City Ticket genutzt, um überall mit der „Wasserstraßenbahn“ hinzufahren…

Mit einem privaten Bootsfahrt zum Hotel ist ein toller Weg dorthin zu kommen. Die Lage ist nahe der ikonischen Rialto-Brücke. Wenn Sie in das Gebäude kommen, erhalten Sie eine schnelle Erklärung der Geschichte und Hintergrund des Gebäudes und es ist (ex) Eigentümer. Es hat eine begrenzte Anzahl von Zimmern, die voll ausgestattet und modern sind durch jeden Standard, super ruhige Klimaanlage/Heizgeräte, High-End-TV mit Apple TV, kostenlose Bar im Zimmer usw. Alles, was Sie für den Preistag erwarten würden. Die Lage ist perfekt und wenn Sie es nicht wissen und wollen es durch Spaziergang erreichen, Glück, den Eingang zu finden! Leider wurde das Wohlbefinden wegen Covid geschlossen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam im Allgemeinen. Das Frühstück war großartig, Sie fragen, was Sie wollen und sie dienen es. Die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum war erstaunlich, die Stühle für eine 5 Fuß 6 Zoll (197 cm) sind eine kleine Herausforderung, es ist wie in einem alten 911 sitzen! Wir versuchten, zu essen und nach einem ersten Glitch konnten wir das Abendessen Menü. Wir versuchten auch Abendessen und nahmen die Empfehlung des Kochs, was der einzige Punkt war, über den wir nicht beeindruckt waren. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass es einen kurzen Aufenthalt wert ist, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und auch genießen Sie diesen magischen Ort!

Stilvoll nächtigen in einem alten venezianischen Palast, direkt am Canal Grande, private Anlegestelle, San Marco Platz 20 Fußminuten entfernt, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, weit genug entfernt vom Touristentrubel, 2-Sterne Cuisine im hoteleigenen Restaurant GLAM, VIP-Service. Wer dies sucht, findet es hier im Palazzo Venart. Sehr herzlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum, wir hatten die Nr. 202 mit dem wohlklingenden Namen Via della Seta, gelegen auf dem Noble Floor. Umwerfend! 7 Meter hohe Decken, Kronleuchter, Lüster, Antik, riesiges Marmorbad mit Tageslicht, Terrazzo Böden. Ruhig (die Fenster öffnen zum Innenhof, hier hört man morgens zwar die gedämpften Stimmen der Frühstücksgäste aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört), das Bett sehr komfortabel (Matrazze angenehm fest, wir mögen das). Frühstück im sehr schönen Innenhof. À la Carte, also kein Gedränge am Buffet, kein Geschrei, eine Oase der Ruhe. Nur die Service-Brigade beim Frühstück könnte etwas souveräner agieren. Unbedingt einen Tisch im 2-Sterne Restaurant „THE GLAM“ reservieren!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel besticht nicht nur durch seine Bestlage direkt am Markusplatz, sondern vor allem auch durch den Service. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freundlich und sorgten sich exzellent um uns, ohne, dass dies übertrieben oder aufgesetzt wirkte. Wir kamen mit dem Nachtzug sehr früh in Venedig an. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde sogar angeboten, am Frühstück teilzunehmen (ohne weiteren Aufpreis). Wir konnten unser Gepäck abgeben und zu einem ersten Spaziergang durch die Stadt aufbrechen. Mittags erhielten wir einen Anruf, dass unser Zimmer bereits vor der üblichen Check-In Zeit bezugsfertig sei. Zurück im Hotel war unser Gepäck bereits auf das Zimmer gebracht worden, wo außerdem eine Falsche Prosecco zur Begrüßung wartete. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite (ohne Aussicht) gebucht, erhielten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf den Kanal. Das war zwar etwas kleiner, aber als die nächsthöhere Preiskategorie dafür eben mit Ausblick und sehr schön eingerichtet sowie mit einem frisch renovierten Marmorbad ausgestattet. Das Housekeeping (täglich einmal Zimmerreinigung vormittags und Turndown Service inkl. Badreinigung) war hervorragend und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet im historischen Saal war reichhaltig, vielseitig und ansprechend präsentiert. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ab dem zweiten Tag wurde man selbstverständlich namentlich angesprochen. Man konnte über das Angebot am Buffet hinaus zum Beispiel auch frisch gepresste Säfte oder weitere Eierspeisen bestellen. An einem Abend regnete es, so dass wir uns eigentlich etwas zum Essen auf das Zimmer bestellen wollten. Wir entschieden uns vorher noch auf einen Aperitif an die Hotelbar hinunter zu gehen. Als wir fragten, ob zufällig noch ein Tisch ohne Reservierung im Hotelrestaurant frei sei, machte die Resturantchefin das für uns möglich. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Abend mit ausgezeichnetem Essen, tollem Wein und erneut ausgesprochen freundlichem Service. Es gab drei (!) Grüße aus der Küche und zusätzlich zu den üblichen Petit Fours nach dem Dessert noch ein Pre-Dessert davor. Schlemmen auf wirklich hohem Niveau!

My husband and I stayed here in May, we had the worst experience ever! We were given the room right next to the lobby. As the receptionist was explaining to us how to open the door to our room, I noticed there was a huge gap at the bottom of the room door ( between door and floor) . I told the receptionist that the gap was an issue because of the noise and lack of privacy , especially since the entrance to our room was in the lobby. She assured me that there wouldn't be any noise after 8 PM because thats the time the lobby closed. I told her this room wouldn't work for us because of the lack of privacy ( anyone in the lobby would be able to hear us) and that we would like to stay in a different room. She proceeded to tell us that all rooms were booked and accounted for ( which was untrue because we were relatively early for check-in and we witnessed at least 3 other couples checking in). After expressing my dissatisfaction, I figured I would try to make the best of it and enjoy Venice; however when trying to turn the TV on-to check out the weather and distract myself a bit from the issues - the TV did not work at all, I went next door and complained about the TV not working. The receptionist said the TV had broken two weeks ago and it would be fixed in a couple of weeks ( not even a sorry!) . The bathroom was tiny, unclean, and we had to walk through an unfinished closet to get to it. At the end of the evening when my husband and I got back from a night out we realized there were only a few squares of toilet paper left in the bathroom, at that point the receptionist was gone and toilet paper was nowhere to be found. I looked all over our room and around the reception area, finally found a small toilet behind the reception area, so had to take a roll of toilet paper from there. Oh boy, we would have been in trouble the following morning without TP! We had to ask for packets of instant coffee every morning because that is all they provided in the room, and they only gave us one ( the day we got there). To top it off , we had to put the kettle in the floor to plug it in and use it!! There were no outlets on the counter. Our room was not cleaned.We were cold at night. It was raining and cold and we had no access to heat. When we complained, the attendant said no hotels in Venice had functioning heaters after May 1st. It was a rule. We had a cold couple of nights....brrrrr. Lastly, on checkout, we did speak to the manager, who assured us we would be refunded 100 Euros for all our troubles. He told us to e-mail him our bank account info and he would personally take care of the refund. We trusted him but didn't hear back or get a response to the e-mails I sent ( mind you, I had him confirm he received my e-mail before we left the lobby). When we got back to the States a week and a half later, I spoke to the manager again, he asked me to re-send my e-mail with bank info and he would refund us the 100 Euros. Nothing.....called again two wee

You are staying in a very historic and old hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice by European standards but what stands out for me is the service and friendliness of the staff. At check in the owner gave us a map and made several recommendations for dinner. The areas to stay away from etc. The hotel is down a very narrow street that you would swear was an ally so keep an eye out for their sign as the place is not that easy to find first try. One night late someone was trying to break into the place. While they did not make it in and we never felt unsafe either day or night I feel I should mention this. The other couples we were with had a room facing the street and they heard a fair amount of noise so if you go ask for another room.

Ich blieb nicht hier, aber hatte zum Mittagessen ein Essen. Die Spaghetti-Bolognese war unglaublich und sehr vernünftig bezahlt! Es war weg von den besetzten Straßen und war eine schöne Atmosphäre. Das Innere war ein wenig datiert, würde aber definitiv empfehlen.

Wir kamen und wurden von dem Besitzer herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, attraktiv und übersehen einen Kanal. Es gibt einen TV und eine elektrische Kessel. Das Badezimmer hatte viele Handtücher. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und frische Handtücher geliefert. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, 5 Gehminuten nach Rialto. Es gibt viele Orte zum Essen in der Nähe. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist Farini, das mit Menschen den ganzen Tag gefüllt ist, zum Frühstück (eine große Auswahl an Cornetti) und zum Mittagessen und zum Abendessen. Meine Familie hat dort Frühstück gefallen, aber ein schnelles Mittagessen und Abendessen sind großartig. Dies war ein toller Ort für einen Aufenthalt. Wir würden sicher wieder dort bleiben. Es war hervorragender Wert.

You are staying in a very historic and old hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice by European standards but what stands out for me is the service and friendliness of the staff. At check in the owner gave us a map and made several recommendations for dinner. The areas to stay away from etc. The hotel is down a very narrow street that you would swear was an ally so keep an eye out for their sign as the place is not that easy to find first try. One night late someone was trying to break into the place. While they did not make it in and we never felt unsafe either day or night I feel I should mention this. The other couples we were with had a room facing the street and they heard a fair amount of noise so if you go ask for another room.
