Ich war vor kurzem hier für zwei Nächte auf meiner Reise nach Vancouver. Dies war eine letzte Minute Buchung und mein erstes Mal hier. Ich habe dieses Hotel über das andere gewählt, das ich vorher nur für die Lage geblieben hatte. Die Lage ist eine ungefähr 5-10min Spaziergang zu Granville Street Skytrain. Die Lage bietet auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe und 7-11 und McDonald's, die sind 24 Stunden, wenn Sie in der Mitte der Nacht hungrig sind. Als ich ankam, war es nur um 11 Uhr und sie hatten mein Zimmer bereit und lassen mich früh prüfen, was schön war. Das Zimmer selbst war wirklich klein, aber nur für eine Person ok. Die einzigen Dinge, die ich nicht mag waren die Pissen Herz mein Hals so groß und die kleine Dusche mit einem regnen Kopf, sehr ungünstig, wenn Sie nicht wollen, Ihre Haare nass .....Recht Damen!!! Für die Schlafqualität war es ok, mein Zimmer stand vor den Staples direkt auf Seymour es war eine ziemlich laute Straße, auf so einfach zu warnen. Ich habe nur für die Nacht gebucht, aber ich musste noch einen anderen bleiben. Das Hotel bot mir einen besseren Preis als das, was ich ursprünglich auf Expedia gebucht hatte, für etwa $10 oder etwas weniger und bot mir dann auch einen späten Auscheck an.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly pleasant! From the cozy rooms with a great view to the friendly staff, everything was just great. The location of the hotel is also impressive - it is convenient to all the attractions and restaurants in the city. I felt right at home and can't wait to come back here again!

Er blieb dort zweimal, zum ersten Mal hatte er eine zufriedenstellende Erfahrung mit dem Empfangspersonal, er war unerfahren und vergaß Dinge, als wir in und aus checkten, konnte nicht 1 unserer Karten und auch unsere Debitkarte doppelt geladen anstatt die Einzahlung zurückzuzahlen Wenn wir verlassen. riesige, aber datei Zimmer, aber hängt von Ihrem Glück ab, einige Zimmer sind neuer. Allgemein noch OK. schöner Blick.

Das Hotel liegt zwei Blocks entfernt vom Canada Place, den man durch eine kleine Parkanlage erreicht. Wir buchten für unsere 4 köpfige Familie die City View Suite - 2 Doubles. Wir genossen einerseits Sicht auf Top of Vancouver und ein bisschen auf den Hafen. Die Suite hatte ein Badezimmer, die beiden Betten waren 1.20m breit, das Sofa konnte man leicht in ein Doppelbett verwandeln. Die Suite hatte Holzboden (wahrscheinlich Vynil). Die Dusche war europäisch, gross und mit Brause, was in Nordamerika weniger üblich ist. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und kümmert sich um den Gast. Alle unsere Anfragen wie fehlende Handtücher, Batterienersatz des Safes, wurden umgehend beantwortet. Zum Airport zurück wählten wir die Canada Line. Ca. 5 Gehminuten mit dem Koffer benötigt man zur Waterfront Station. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Die Hotels waren sehr freundlich und schnell, um alles für Ein- und Auschecken bereit zu bekommen. Hallways zu unserem Zimmer waren etwas verwirrend, vor allem auf der zweiten Etage lol. Die erste Nacht, um in unserem Zimmer zu kommen, war der Bürotisch schmutzig, obwohl etwas grob. Kostenloses Frühstück und Parken haben uns wirklich Geld gespart, für das ich sehr dankbar war. Insgesamt hatte ich einen anständigen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Meine Schwester genossen die Spazierweiterung für ihre Veranstaltung.

Die Lage ist super günstig, man braucht nur 5-10 Minuten vom Flughafenexpress zum Hotel! Neben der MRT-Station und dem Busbahnhof ist auch der Nachtmarkt ganz in der Nähe zu Fuß, für Geschäftsreisen oder den Tourismus Es ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! 😊

Standort für 3 Nächte. Personal wunderschön, Zimmer fantastisch und Lage perfekt, nur an der Ecke der wunderschönen Wandergebiete sowie im Zentrum von Vancouver. Bar, Restaurant, Liquor-Shop und allgemeinen Geschäft auf oder neben der Website. Großes Hotel. 100% empfehlenswert.

The restaurant at this hotel was soooo nice; but even nicer was our waiter, Remi. We had our daughter's mother in-law visiting from Morocco this past weekend. She knew very little English; however, Remi saved the day. He knew Parisian French and was able to converse with her very easily. It made our dinner time together very special. Remi also kept watch over us and gave ideas as to how better enjoy our dinner. Thank you Remi~! You are a wonderful ”young man” and so appreciated by us. The Lord bless you. The Davis Family

Sehr gut, sehr neu, sauber und ruhig. Es ist komfortabler als viele 5-Sterne-Hotels. Die Besitzerin ist herzlich und freundlich. Wir hatten das Glück, gleich bei unserer Ankunft die Kirschblüten in voller Blüte zu sehen. Ich war zehn Tage hier und es war sehr entspannend und angenehm. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Vancouver komme, wieder hier übernachten.

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM.
