Amazing! From the minute I exited my Uber upon arrival to the minute I left I felt the royal treatment. Everyone was super friendly and I could not fault anything. The L’Occitane amenities (may favourite) made me smile!

The amenities, staff were friendly and amazing however one of the downfall of this hotel is the noise cancellation between rooms. You can hear noises from next door very easily

Overall great experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have history and the lobby has a high class ambiance. The valet guys went above and beyond several times. The rooms, while cozy and comfortable, are a bit dated. Not to say things feel old and decrepit, rather you can tell the room hasn’t been updated in some time. Breakfast room service was excellent. Location is central and easy to get to from local hotspots. In-room toiletries were high quality. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

雙床套房，所以客廳的沙發可以拉開睡。酒店很小，地段很好在市中心商業區，旁邊就是Fairmont Hotel. 電梯小的衹能容納一家人還無法轉身，幸虧住客也不多。前台笑容可掬，可是卻弄錯了我預訂的房間，開房門才發現給了大床房，導致我們一家人帶着小狗折騰得上上下下很不開心，説到底地方小就會很壓抑。下次來不會再住這裏，實在憋屈。晚上房間周圍聲音很多，半夜還有2次莫名其妙的電話響，沙發床軟榻到我翻來覆去睡不着，枕頭可以説是一團糟。酒店衹有valet parking，收費$50/晚，狗加錢$50/晚。衹有一樓一間餐廳，説是米其林廚師，可花了$300我真沒吃出千奇百味來，上來的量是米其林的水準—一丁點兒，可是味道完全不值。早餐收費按菜單點，$30/份至少/人。總之雖然服務生態度很好，奈何不住這狹小空間帶來的不便和壓抑，還是國際酒店連鎖比較舒適。$300/晚的價格在國內都可以住全新的超五星了。

市中心，出行很方便。就是設施有些舊，另外沒有早餐。但是附近好吃的餐廳不少這一點可以彌補不足。客人也好找
