Hotels in der Nähe von Herzog Crystal, Vancouver

Ich war vor kurzem hier für zwei Nächte auf meiner Reise nach Vancouver. Dies war eine letzte Minute Buchung und mein erstes Mal hier. Ich habe dieses Hotel über das andere gewählt, das ich vorher nur für die Lage geblieben hatte. Die Lage ist eine ungefähr 5-10min Spaziergang zu Granville Street Skytrain. Die Lage bietet auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe und 7-11 und McDonald's, die sind 24 Stunden, wenn Sie in der Mitte der Nacht hungrig sind. Als ich ankam, war es nur um 11 Uhr und sie hatten mein Zimmer bereit und lassen mich früh prüfen, was schön war. Das Zimmer selbst war wirklich klein, aber nur für eine Person ok. Die einzigen Dinge, die ich nicht mag waren die Pissen Herz mein Hals so groß und die kleine Dusche mit einem regnen Kopf, sehr ungünstig, wenn Sie nicht wollen, Ihre Haare nass .....Recht Damen!!! Für die Schlafqualität war es ok, mein Zimmer stand vor den Staples direkt auf Seymour es war eine ziemlich laute Straße, auf so einfach zu warnen. Ich habe nur für die Nacht gebucht, aber ich musste noch einen anderen bleiben. Das Hotel bot mir einen besseren Preis als das, was ich ursprünglich auf Expedia gebucht hatte, für etwa $10 oder etwas weniger und bot mir dann auch einen späten Auscheck an.

Dies war perfekt für meinen ein Nachtaufenthalt vor einer Kreuzfahrt geeignet. Die Lage ist leicht vom Zug vom Flughafen und weniger als eine Meile vom Kreuzfahrtterminal zugänglich. Es ist keine Frills, sondern sauber. Ich hatte ein geteiltes Badezimmer, das eine Sorge war, aber es war gut. Sie teilen das Badezimmer mit einem anderen Zimmer und Sie werden sie dort hören, aber wieder war es eine Nacht. Es gab einen Tauch im Zimmer, der gut war, da Sie nicht das Bad für die Grundtändern zu schütteln, etc. Wenn ich wieder eine Nacht in Vancouver machen würde, würde ich zurückgehen.

Tolles Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. Hier gibt's alles was man sich wünscht. Der Whirlpool mit Blick über die Stadt, ist genial. Auch unser Zimmer weit oben, hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Da ich nicht schlafen konnte, hab ich stundenlang am Panoramafenster gesessen. Das Frühstück ist auch vollkommen ausreichend und hat bis auf Wurst und Käse alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Plastegeschirr in diesem schönen Hotel. Ganz ehrlich? Das geht gar nicht! Das es auch in Corona Zeiten anders geht, haben unsere weiteren Hotels gezeigt. Vom Hotel aus haben wir alles fußläufig erreicht, aber auch die Bahn ist nicht weit weg. Wir haben in Vancouver ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht und das Hotel war für uns perfekt.

Wir buchten dieses Hotel letzte Minute, da wir irgendwo zu bleiben brauchten, bevor wir einen Flug am Morgen fangen. Nach der Eincheckung wurden wir fast 3 Mal bezahlt für eine Sicherheitsleistung, die seltsam und unerwartet war. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Betten waren möglicherweise die komfortablesten Betten, die ich in geblieben habe. Hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Auscheckt früh am nächsten Morgen und die Gentlemen am Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich und sogar ein Taxi reserviert.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Burnaby location in order to attend a dinner function nearby. We checked into our room and the heater was already on and set at 68 and seemed to be working OK. Shortly after we arrived in the room, a maintenance person knocked on the door to see how the heater was working. That should have clued us in as to what would happen next. A bit later, the unit started to spit out cooler air. I might add that the unit never cycled off and on as it should. I turned the unit up to around 72 to see if that would make a difference but no it did not. We contacted the front desk and within 5 minutes, maintenance came to check. We were told that the heater had to remain at 68, no higher or it wouldn’t work. I have never heard of such a thing. High temperature in Vancouver was mid 40's dipping into the 30's at night. By this time, it was 5:30 and we had to head out the door for the dinner event at 6PM. I wish we would have demanded a different room, because when we returned it was definitely cooler in the room. We were both tired and needed to leave the hotel early in the morning so we decided to “gut it out”. I looked for additional blankets and there were none. I wound up sleeping a total of 2 hours in my coat. This was not a comfortable experience.  I am generously giving this property 2 stars as the room itself was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk clerk kindly gave us a 50% discount for our discomfort which was the best she could do, but when I contacted their HQ was offered a 50% discount off a future stay. Don't think I will take them up on that offer, but thanks anyway.

Die Anlage ist ein wenig alt. Das Bettlicht brennt aus, als ich lese und der Schlauch der elektrischen Kessel funktionierte nicht. Außer diesen kleinen Dingen war alles gut. Der Shuttle-Service ist empfehlenswert und es gibt interessante Restaurants in einem Spaziergang vom Hotel. Versuchte einen chinesischen Nügelplatz namens verboten, aber xian. Das Essen war so schmackhaft.

主人Julie非常熱情好客，盛情款待，及時沒有包含早餐，也特別準備了一些豐富的早餐選擇，異國他鄉，感覺非常温馨。 房屋地理位置非常好，周邊步行十三分鐘有購物中心和一些中西式餐廳及快餐和酒吧，當地人居多。環境安靜舒適，房間的裝飾裝修風格非常氣派，都是高級品牌衞浴，床很舒服，房屋室內恆温22攝氏度。下次有機會去温哥華一定會再次選擇。 有以下幾點温馨提示∶ 1.入住前一天一定主動聯繫主人Julie確認入住時間，否則會影響入住體驗，切記切記! 2.有房間固定清潔費，請務必準備好加拿大元現金以便在入住時一併付款，按次數收費，不是按天數收費! 3.居住公共空間非常大，但是注意入住時需更換拖鞋，行李箱輪子清理，就像回家一樣! 4.保持房間整潔乾淨，入住環境舒適，房間垃圾隨時清理到樓下或者户外!

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. Nur ein paar Punkte: Restaurant Option: Match Eatry & Public House And The Buffet Wir hatten eine hohe Erwartung des Buffets. Ah... so schämlich... Nicht wert, so viel zu zahlen. Vertrau mir. Vermeiden Sie den Ort. Internet: Verbindung ist sehr stark; jedoch beachten Sie, dass es eine Unsicherheits-öffentliche Verbindung ist. Es war jemand, der versuchte, meine persönliche E-Mail zu bekommen. Glücklicherweise hatte ich mein E-Mail-Konto mit zwei Möglichkeiten Authentifizierung gesichert. Betrachten Sie... um sich selbst zu schützen, indem Sie die 2-Stelle Authentifizierung... usw. schließlich war der Schwimmbad nicht bereit, bis April zu öffnen.
