I would like to say Big Thank you to Maddie-who was always helpful during my stay.i had a few issues with my room (not been cleaned properly)however she always willing to help with smile on her face,I aslo had my dinner during mu stay-she seems like well organised person and keep her customers happy 😊 Well done Maddie- Pete

Rooms are nice as a new hotel, I had a premier plus room which was lovely, the upgraded internet code did not work after many attempts I just gave up. They had one chef working in the kitchen despite being a busy hotel so the food took ages to come. The staff were friendly and tried their best, only young and seem a bit inexperienced but I had no issue waiting a bit longer for a drink and food.

Hotel was fine first time using a Premier room was disappointed with the quality difference beds feel the same as normal room tv no real difference should have streaming in a premier room and once again no orange juice at breakfast which was disappointing the juice on offer was watered down and tasteless

Our company normally books Premier Inn as they are universally standard quality. Abingdon is absolutely the worst, of many, I have visited. Arriving at 21:25 (admittedly quite late) after a 4hr drive we went directly to the restaurant for food. We were informed they had closed early as it was quiet. OK, off to the bar for some crisps but the bar was closing at 22:30 due to 'licensing laws'. Oh well, off to the Premium room for a bath. Nope! We were told next day that baths were only in standard rooms so I had to be downgraded without a refund. Also, be aware there is NO mobile signal here and the WiFi is really bad.

It takes 51 days to get a refund from Premier Inn. Total disrepect to its customers. Booked a meal deal but they closed the restaurant due to staff shortage. Premier Inn should have immediately refunded the meal deal sum but they did not. The guy on reception that i spoke to said he had confirmed the refund but Premier Inn must have blooked it. Phoned on 7 occasions and emailed 3 times but they deleted emails and the phone does not respond evan after waiting 45 mins. Told there was a 7 mins wait but this was not true. Recommend that you don't book with Primier Inn as they are disorganised and profit orietated. No respect for customers

Stayed for a mini break and as always everything was brilliant staff are helpful and there always to assist. Room as always very clean. Value for money. Hotel is not far from tescos for any essentials you forget

Terrified to find out that premier inn as changed its name to Predator inn after the story ive heard from staff not good if you know what staff have been talking about over the last weeks the two young lads briefed me on the on goings thanks for the stay not for me anymore

This Premier-inn was much like every other Premier-inn I have stayed in. Good location next to large Tesco store, very clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast.

Have given the hotel 48 hours to respond to email. No response. Staying with teenage children for break exploring Oxford can honestly say wish we haven’t bothered started off with a dirty room only to be topped by the most appalling evening meal we’ve ever experienced in any Premier Inn to the point that all food was returned and no one ate. Four other tables near us did the same. Staff were very unhelpful and only provided a website to complain.
