This was our second time staying at the charming Sonnenalp and we just love it... the European feel, the gracious staff and the wonderful pool and spa! Our rooms looked out to the mountain and the pool. Everyone working at the hotel is so polite and helpful. Our three rooms were always so clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast delicious. During this five day stay, we hosted our son's rehearsal dinner in the Terrace Room and it was spectacular. A beautiful setting, with all the glass doors and ceiling open to the summer evening air and the food and service was fantastic. Nhgi, the events manager, is wonderful to work with and very professional. Overall, just a terrific experience and we will be back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Nachtaufenthalt in The Tivoli. Unser Zimmer beinhaltete ein komfortables Königsbett und es gab ausreichend Traktorraum, um zu entpacken. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass wir die Ursache nicht entdeckt haben, bis wir uns bemüht waren, zu prüfen, war, dass es sehr warm in unserem Zimmer über Nacht. Wie es sich herausstellte, war der tragbare Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht richtig verkauft. Vielleicht konnte die Hausaufsicht den Status beim Vorbereitung des Zimmers überprüfen? Andernfalls war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden absolut zurückgehen.
