Firstly I will start with the positives, the hotel was nice with beautiful greenery surrounding. The decor certainly wasn’t modern however it was perfectly fine. Secondly the negatives, customer service was inadequate. Two of us are vegetarian and one morning we had to leave before breakfast opened so were told we would have ‘takeaway breakfast’. We clarified that these would be vegetarian three times (at checkin, the night before and in the morning when collecting the bags) but when we got on our journey we found they both contained ham. This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope they treat allergens more seriously or they could kill someone. When we mentioned this to the receptionist she just smiled and nodded and said ‘oh okay’, which is not an acceptable response. Also you have to pay for water here which we were absolutely fine with. When we bought a second lot on the second day we realised we had paid double the amount the previous day. When I said this to the receptionist again she just nodded and after a long pause said she would call someone. Other members of our tour group also agreed they had paid double the price the previous day. The following morning the receptionist was extremely rude and told us we were lying. She also told us, in a borderline threatening manner, that everything we do is on camera which is a bit weird given we were in a hotel so hoping she didn’t mean ‘everything’ as that’s a gross invasion of privacy. When we asked to watch the camera footage she was speaking of she told us it wasn’t available. The amount of money was not significant but the reaction of staff was wholly inappropriate - especially for a hospitality business. Overall would not recommend anyone stay here. Customer service skills require a lot of improvement.

Ich hatte das nie in einem Hotel erlebt und fand es sehr ernst. - Es funktioniert sicher nicht für lange Aufenthalte oder als Grundlage für die Erforschung des Heiligen Tals, gerade weil es auf der Bahnhof ist. Der Ort hat einen starken Geruch von BÜRNUNG FÜR FÜR VERBRENDUNG, und es gibt TREIN NOISE die ganze Zeit. Sie wachen auf und gehen schlafen in die Klangschlange, die sehr chaotisch und unbehaglich ist. - Es gibt andere viel bessere Optionen in der Stadt. - Es ist etwa 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, mit einem vernünftigen Aufstieg. Und Sie müssen in Zugpassagiere warten, um jeden Tag in Ihr Hotel zu kommen. - Frühstück ist REPETITIV UND UNVERSCHIEDEN. Einfachere Hotels in der Umgebung hatten unendlich besseren Kaffee. They are resistant to simple requests. - Ich bat um Computer auf der Rezeption, ein persönliches Dokument zu sehen, das nur über Computer zugänglich ist. Sie erlaubten mir nicht, es zu verwenden, und es gab keine andere verfügbar für Gäste zu verwenden. - Ein Hotel dieses Wertes hat keine Ausstattung, nur Seife. Es gibt keine Dusche, Hautfeuchter, Baumwolle Wolle. Ich habe das nie in Hotels gesehen, die sich selbst als ”Shop” klassifizieren.

Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und begrüßt. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Einfacher Zugang. Die Mädchen der Rezeption hat uns mit viel Sympathie und Aufmerksamkeit begegnen! Sie hat früh für uns einen Kaffee zubereiten.. einfach, aber gemütlich! Das Zimmer ist einfach.. Aber es ist notwendig für den Aufenthalt. Warmwasser Dusche und super komfortable Bett. Ruhig für eine gute Nacht Schlaf. Entfernen von der Straße Schleim. Es war sehr nett von ihr, unsere Taschen zu speichern, während wir nach Machu Pichu stiegen. Ich empfehle!

Hotel Luz Garden was great! The staff treated us like family and were very nice! They came by each night to see what time we wanted breakfast and even let us stay in our room a little later so we didn't have to set around town waiting for or train. I will definitely stay here again.

Let me start I was skeptical while booking but when I reached here my stay was fantastic. Location: it is a wonderful location directly on the river and 4 minutes walk from railway station and bus as well as all the restaurants. Service: Christian and Judith provided the best possible service. Breakfast was the best. Free Wifi Internet was good Allowed to keep our luggage after checkout free of charge Overall I would love to stay again here!

Casa Andina is well located near shopping, restaurants, bars, and train station . It features a nice breakfast buffet that should please North Americans and Europeans. The rooms are well-sized and efficient, and the rain shower is great. The staff are very helpful. They will store luggage and answer all your questions. There is no air conditioner, so the rooms can get a little stuffy if the night is warm. The ceiling and an open window help, but the window shade, said to be necessary if mosquitoes are about, limits cooling. Our third-floor room faced the train tracks, so we heard the night trains. They didn’t bother us greatly, but light sleepers might have trouble. Rooms in back, on the river are quieter, but a friend told us that mosquitoes can be a problem. Speaking of mosquitoes, we encountered no-see-ums at Machu Picchu. Our Picaridin repellent, generously applied to all exposed skin, kept us bite free. Long pants and ling sleeves are advised, lightweight and airy if possible.

Tolle Begrüßung, sie warteten am Bahnhof auf uns und das sehr nette und freundliche Personal, sie begleiteten uns, um die Bustickets zu kaufen, und erklärten uns alles über die Stadt Machupicchu, das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten Unser kurzer Aufenthalt, das heiße Wasser hat perfekt funktioniert, das Frühstück, das sie uns zum Mitnehmen gepackt haben, hat uns sehr geholfen, den Berg zu besteigen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wenn ich hier für einen neuen Aufenthalt empfehle, danke für alles, werden wir tun bald zurück!

Großes Personal! Wir haben hier zweimal mit Gruppen von Freunden geblieben. Das Personal ist immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich und freundlich. Die Lage in Machu Picchu ist großartig und viele der Zimmer haben große Aussichten auf die Berge. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und das Hoteldekor ist schön. Sie haben auch ein sehr schönes Frühstückszimmer/Bar und das Essen, das wir hatten (nur Frühstücksbuffet) war auch gut. Wir werden sicher hier wieder bleiben.
