千萬千萬不要住這家酒店！如果能評負分，我一定給負分！酒店內有bed bugs！超級可怕，住了一晚，第二天全身都是包，奇癢無比！如果當時不是因為太晚，我不認識這個小蟲子是什麼玩意兒！我連夜換酒店走人！回來後所有的東西都扔了，瘋狂洗澡，好害怕帶回家😭

Was going to rate a “1” but breakfast attendant was friendly. Room not clean. We planned to stay because of the hot tub. Filthy and cold. Apparently it has been broken for years. Shocked Best Western would put their name on this place. We will likely not be staying at Best Western properties in the future. Not shown: filthy pool and cold tub.

Break fast was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms were not very well insulated so relatively noisy, from neighbours above and each side.
Wifi worked reasonably well.

My back window was busted out, and my car was robbed at this hotel. When I filed a police report, the staff said the cameras happened to be not working that were pointed at my car.
As I was packing my room to leave one of the male employees was watching me from a building. One my last walk in the room to get everything I noticed someone that was with him walked outside the same building with a backpack on that looks like my sons, which had been stolen. He took off when he saw me.
The employees told me they could not issue a refund for the room stay, that the manager could do this.
I tried to contact the manager multiple times with the Police report, suspicions of the employee and all, and got no response.
I’ve even contacted best Western corporate, and had no response about my room being refunded.
A gentleman I spoke with, while the police report was being made that have been at the hotel for a while told me this has happened there before.
I’ve waited so long to post this in hopes that the manager or best western would contact me, but since they didn’t have the decency to I am posting this.
Do not stay at this hotel. If you do stay in the area, I suggest parking in a well lit visible area.

The lady who checked me in was incredible. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean. The only downside was the room I was in (303) must have been below a lot of plumbing pipes, and I was awoken constantly by people flushing their toilets, as well as footsteps. This issue might be limited to those few rooms on that side of the building, as my mother in room 306 didn’t hear any plumbing. Besides that, I couldn’t fault the hotel.

Floors were dirty as if vacuuming isn’t a thing, sink and shower had minor dirty areas. Had to get keys switched for our room twice, didn’t work the first time, got one of tow that worked for one in and out, then was given a master key (couldn’t believe that, also how is that even permitted)!
