I highly recommend this fantastic spa hotel. Stayed for 4 nights to tour the Tuscany region on our own. The location is excellent if you're looking to tour some of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The facility is amazing and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Beautiful grounds to stroll around the facility. On site restaurant and spa with indoor and outdoor pools. We can't wait to go back.

Very relaxing stay with helpful and friendly staff, very good restaurant and spa services. Highly recommend the 1hour private spa experience which contains a sauna, mineral shower, hot tub and lounge chairs. Rooms are very comfortable as well with large beds and living spaces.

We had a suite with a balcony, the room was tired (as is the rest of the resort) and could do with a deep clean. I believe it is for sale so that maybe the problem. The staff were not very helpful and seemed to feel put upon, they try and up sell you on having dinner in their restaurant. There are very few local restaurants within walking distance either. It is a stretch to call it a resort and spa however the grounds were nice.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the Queen Suite and we were very happy with both the hotel and the restaurant. The service was very good--there are only a handful of rooms so each guest gets special trea**ent. We were also impressed with the spa facilities both an indoor pool and outdoor pool. The restaurant was delicious--huge wine menu and really good food. We would definitely recommend to friends!

We stayed here for over a week and we’re absolutely enchanted! The room was great, well equipped (though watch for your head on the 3rd floor;). Breakfast is delicious and service is very polite and efficient. Everyone does their best for you to have a good time here! The pool is also lovely, always clean. The spa is also a pure wonder. In a nutshell, an amazing stay. We would recommend the restaurant, too. Although our favorite was the poolside light lunch menu, to be honest :) Thank you so much for a perfect vacay, a presto!

A perfect place for the end to our tour of the Marche and Umbria. A wonderful, quaint and well maintained manor house in the style of the period. Breakfast and dinner on the terrace every day was very special with views of the Lago under the shade. The menu had plenty of variety and every dish was so well presented and tasty. Most of all , the staff from the front desk through to the kitchen and restaurant were always attentive and pleasant.

I’m not sure how you can give this place anything other than 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful and the small town of Tuoro is well worth a wander. The staff are exceptionally helpful and we’re wonderful with our children. The chef went out of there way to cater for them. The food was fabulous and the rooms were tasteful and had a lovely balcony. Finally the facilities are top notch with indoor and out door pools and a lovely private spa. We will be back!

Stayed here for 5 days to revisit the area we were married in. Hotel is beautiful and very traditional, rooms are to a high standard. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely and the swimming pool area very chilled / relaxing. I think the hotel has 10 suites so it never feels overrun with guests and almost felt exclusive ! Food was very nice. Spa area can be hired in 1 hour slots - nice to experience. Indoor swimming pool available but not required by us at this time of year. 5-10 minute walk to Tuoro piazza. All in all a very relaxing stay and will look at retuning again. Thank you Ariana and team … you made us feel very welcome.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for a night before checking into our wedding venue. It is pure luxury and the staff are so friendly! The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are lovely. We had a room with a balcony. We enjoyed the indoor pool, spa and booked into their restaurant. We had a blind menu, where the chef chooses the courses and we all loved it. Will definitely be staying again!
