In the living room is a flat-screen TV, with Sky TV, and DVD player. There is also a music system, plenty of books, guidebooks and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, gas range/oven, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee-machine. We also have a washer+dryer for your use.On the main floor are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have sliding doors leading out to beachfront covered patios. Upstairs is a huge master suite with a spectacular 180 degree view of the bay. The suite leads out onto a deck with a covered outdoor seating area and hammock. The villa has it's own private pool with a waterfall cascading down into the water, and surrounded by a sun-deck with loungers. A perfect place to catch some sun, work on a tan or enjoy the sunset. We are at least 30 minutes from the Tulum party zone. If you are coming to Tulum to party, please look elsewhere -- this is not the place for you.
