Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Es ist extrem ruhig und erholsam. Wunderbarer Pool. Das Meer ist durch das vorgelagerte Korallenriff flach und so warm wie ein beheizter Swimmingpool. Das Personal extrem zuvorkommend, sehr witzig und die meisten mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen, was im Übrigen Mexiko nicht selbst verständlich ist. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Frühstückskarte könnte mehr Abwechslung vertragen, wenn man länger als drei Tage dort ist. Das Abendessen im Restaurant Pandano ausgezeichnet mit top Qualität und sehr guten Speisen.

Wir, ursula und klaus, aus wien, waren im jänner 2023 im ja****a, und es war unvergesslich schön! anreise am abend, über cancun, mit shuttle direkt im hotel abgeliefert, herzlicher empfang mit kleiner runde durch die anlage, koffer bereits am zimmer, zum empfehlen superior suite mit meerblick! großes zimmer mit bad/dusche, terrasse mit doppelliege und kleines pool (beleuchtet!), klimanalage und deckenventilator, minibar und kaffeemaschine! alle bereich perfekt sauber! wird täglich gereinigt! am abend gibt sein schoki am kopfpolster (wir lieben es!), das personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles wünsche und anliegen werden sofort und freundlich erfüllt, sofern einen überhaupt noch etwas einfällt! brenda und ihre kolleginnen sind täglich unterwegs und fragen nach! der pool, sowie der strand, die liegen und sämtliche ausstattung im freien werden laufend gereinigt und sind im perfekten zustand! das angrenzende restaurant hat eine tolle a**osphäre und tolle speisen (mischung zwischen Italien- pasta!!! die fetuccine!!!!! und mexico -die shrimps tacos!!!!!), das personal ist sehr freundlich (rodrigo, irvin, eliu, ...!!!!), bei unklarheiten oder sonderwünsche einfachen fragen, sie machen alles! daher es kleines hotel mit kleiner anlage ist, auch weniger gäste und daher auch am abend ruhig! wir füllten uns niemals belästigt - keine animatiuon, ein traum und verängstigt - drogen-kartell!?-dort nicht! unsere ausflüge buchten wie über kay-tour - private, deutschsprachig, siehe dortigen bericht! wir haben hierzu keine fotos online gestellt, auf der homepage sieht am alles und es stimmt! wer weg will vom club-massen touris, sich ein bisschen luxus gönnt, ist bei ja****a genau richtig! danke nochmals an alle dort, es war großartig!

The Experience we had at Ja****a was perfect. Our main goal this trip was to power down and relax which was made possible by the Ja****a team. It's easy to put into words the beauty of the environment, the deliciousness of the meals, the perfect drinks, the well appointed rooms, the top notch spa offerings etc. But it was the staff and owners of the hotel and restaurant that hit the home run. We left feeling cared for in subtle and authentic ways that is hard to achieve in the hospitality industry. When leaving I felt like we were leaving our good friends who all have a genuine care for each other and for their guests. That is what truly stands out at this hotel. Thank you to all of you! Particularly Enrique who was so warm and helped us with our spanish, but also Fernando,Juan,David,Gabriel,José ,Miguel,Nicolas ,Gerardo ,Raul, Daniel,Brenda,,Ruby, Cristina, Ophelia, Angelina and of course Clement! I know I am forgetting some names, but thank you to everyone and the folks behind the scenes, it takes a lot of effort to make hospitality look effortless. Also, if you are a celiac, you can dine safely here without a worry! Pandano restaurant team has you covered, down to the homemade gluten free bread! Until next time!

Ja****a was absolutely outstanding and perfect. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and amenities. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate place to just go relax, Ja****a is perfect. It's fairly small (only 30 rooms) so there are never issues about finding a beach chair or waiting in line at the restaurant. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. 10/10 The staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to possess a magical ability to appear when you needed something and to disappear when you didn't, allowing you privacy and relaxation. Overall my stay at Ja****a was one of the best hotel experiences Ive had anywhere in the world. I recommend it highly.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location, excellent staff, very comfortable room, lovely beach for swimming & snorkeling. Very good food, and the staff catered very well for us as vegetarian and vegan. great yoga classes every morning. Thanks Tommaso & Constanza for a lovely stay!

This hotel is truly outstanding from the moment you arrive , until you leave. Four perfect days here looked after by the outstanding staff and in particular Enrique Tuz. Amazing resturant and food with lots of Mexican and Italian influence. Superb breakfast too. Highly recommend.

It is the most relaxing resort tour I and my boyfriend ever had. The hotel is artistically designed. I really love the plantations which provides beauty and privacy. The place is quiet and intimate, while serving an astonishing Soliman bay view which I will never get tired of. We explore the bay by kayaking and snorkeling every day. Water is crystal blue and warm. The staff clean up sea**** and sea grass regularly so the water is very swimming friendly. Our room has a lovely balcony, pool with ocean view. Waking up in the morning is like waking in the paradise with bird singing and ocean breeze. Ruby, Brenda and all other staff are super friendly who help us schedule transpiration and arrange a nice birthday surprise for my boyfriend. Always feel relaxed and worrieless. The food and drink could be improved but it is nothing compared with the amazing view at Pandano Restaurant. Overall, the biggest attraction is that you feel you own the place with smart design, outstanding service, private beach (even the bay!) and peaceful pools (we love the rooftop pool best, nobody around and we own all the view). Great for couples who don’t like too many kids around (they are also family friendly but super well managed everyone enjoys their own tour).

We had a great 4 night stay here. Very beautiful and relaxing place. It's a bit far to leave the resort to go places but the front desk staff were all super helpful, especially Cristina! All the staff were super nice and the breakfast is AMAZING! We will miss the breakfast the most out of all the food we had. There is a reef right out front that you can snorkel and take out their kayaks.

A small quiet place to relax without the big resort noise, which attracted multinational visitors. The small beach was a quiet zone which made it easy to read a book or to enjoy the peaceful view. No music except soft at dinner. Excellent landscaping made the small resort feel larger and more private with lots of peaceful look outs and reading nooks.
As a swimmer I appreciated that there were 3 pools: adult one big enough for laps, kiddie one by dining area, and a rooftop one with a bar for sundowners. Ocean swimming and snorkeling was possible too but a bit shallow. Definitely sign up for a cenote tour but skip the swim with sea turtles option!
The staff were friendly and helpful with accommodating my allergies. They encouraged me to practice my Spanish but able to communicate in fluent English with my husband. Very good massages too.
My only criticisms were that beach and poolside smoking was allowed (but few smokers) and that there was the same menu for lunch and dinner with few Mexican dishes. A simpler lunch menu with sandwiches and tacos etc would have been better or a salad bar to be quicker. The open air dining room was fabulous and the Italian food was good. Excellent guacamole and ceviches.
