Tucked away beautifully between the mountains and a peaceful creek, this hotel is a little slice of heaven in Tsakhkadzor. Exceptional Management & Staff A massive thank you must go to the management and the entire team; the service here is truly world-class. The staff are incredibly attentive, professional, and always have a smile on their faces. I was particularly impressed by their dedication, even replying to my messages in the middle of the night to assist with my booking. It is clear that the management prioritises guest satisfaction above all else. Unbeatable Location & Value For anyone visiting for the snow, the location is spot on. It is a very short, easy walk to the ropeway and the ski slopes, which makes those early morning starts a breeze. The resort is exceptionally reasonably priced considering the high quality of the rooms, the hearty breakfast, and the fantastic wellness facilities. Facilities & Dining: After a long day on the slopes, there is nothing better than returning to the resort to thaw out in the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The dining experience was another highlight: The Bar: They have a brilliantly stocked bar with knowledgeable bar personnel who really know their craft—thank you, guys! The Restaurant: The dinner menu is simply mouthwatering. The presentation and taste of the food are 5-star quality, as you can see from the photos of the scrumptious dishes I’ve shared. Ambiance: Whether you are enjoying a beer with a view of the mountains or a cosy dinner, the atmosphere is perfect. Final Thoughts The ski conditions in Armenia are always great, but it is the hospitality at Teghenis that makes the trip unforgettable. Whether you choose a comfortable room in the main building or one of their lovely cottages, you are in for a treat. I cannot wait to get back next year! Highly recommended!
