As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Die Küche hat alles. Sie können Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee zum Trinken im Erdgeschoss. Der Kaffee ist nicht schlecht. Es ist die Art von Kaffeemaschine. Knapp 6 Tage, keine verschiedenen Dienstleistungen zum Reinigen und Wechseln der Handtücher! Das Hotel sollte nicht in Betracht ziehen, alle drei Tage einmal für Kurzzeittouristen zu reinigen. Und die Check-out-Zeit war offensichtlich 11 Uhr. Ich fragte im Voraus, und Ctrip schrieb 11:00. Als ich ging, sagte mir die Dame, dass Sie um 10 Uhr auschecken sollten. Sehr unangenehmer Ausdruck.

Sie spielt ihre Funktion perfekt für die Kosten, die sie hat. Im Rezeption waren zwei Mädchen und eine sprach perfekt Spanisch, so gab sie uns alle Anweisungen sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Badezimmer ist auch, eine kleine Dusche, aber mehr als genug. Das Wasser aus der heißen Dusche und mit guter Druck. Ein ziemlich großer Tisch. Die Küche ist nicht, ist klein, aber auch ausreichend. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber mit dem offenen Fenster und dem kleinen Ventilator passieren wir nicht viel Wärme (bevor wir ins Haus kommen, wenn es viel Wärme bemerkt, aber bald er wird), in der Tat musste das Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen werden, weil es frisch ins Haus ging. Das saubere Zimmer und das sehr komfortabele Bett, das ziemlich große Bett, mehrere Einzelküchen. Wir hören keinen zu viel Lärm. Wir nahmen den privaten Parkplatz für 6 Euro pro Nacht, obwohl es Parkplatz in der Umgebung gab, ich empfehle, zu warten, ob es dort zu nehmen ist (wir buchen es vorzeitig) da es nur wenige Autos in der Stadt gab und ich glaube nicht, dass es ein Problem gibt. Sie geben einen Schlüssel, um direkt vom Parkplatz auf die Wohnungsbahn zu steigen. Das einzige Problem, das wir gesehen haben, ist, dass die Straße des Brienne-Kanals, obwohl sie etwa 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt ist, sehr wenig beleuchtet ist, fast keine Menschen sind und wir als erste Nacht etwas gefährlich erschienen, weil sie dunkel und leer war. Aber wir hatten wirklich keine Sicherheitsprobleme auf der Reise. Es gibt eine Carrefour City direkt neben dem Aparthotel. Für uns empfehlen wir es, guter Preis und komfortabel.

Das Aparthotel Adagio Toulouse Centre La Grave ist ein neues Hotel, das sich am östlichen Rand eines kürzlich errichteten Wohnungsbaus befindet. Mein Zimmer war spotless - selbst die Stufe und Mikrowelle waren sauber! Das Frühstück war gut für ein Apartmenthotel. Das Hotel liegt in St-Cyprien, direkt über den Garonne River vom Zentrum von Toulouse. Die Umgebung ist eindeutig zu Fuß und es gibt eine Metro-Stopp (zusammen mit den Kaufgeschäften und Restaurants) vielleicht 200 m entfernt. Die hervorragende Lage des Hotels war für das einstweilige Problem verantwortlich. Der Pont St-Pierre am Ende der Straße ist nur zwischen Mai und Oktober Fußgänger-und Radfahrer, und am Freitag und Samstag Abend gab es einen konstanten Fluss von Lärm, offensichtlich betrunkenen Menschen machen eine beeindruckende Menge von Lärm auf der Straße unten bis vielleicht 3 am Morgen. Ich konnte das Problem durch das Fenster schließen lindern, so dass es sich als eine kleine Frage erwies. (Die Tatsache, dass die Fenster offen sind, war sonst ein positives Merkmal.) Das Hotel erwies sich als ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthaltsort.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. From the time we entered the hotel, which has an attractive frontage and is in central Toulouse, whilst being situated in a quiet and picturesque road, the staff welcomed us and were friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. We stayed for 3 nights in a twin room which was functional and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The hygiene and cleanliness at the hotel was very good and our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. All the staff were lovely, especially Jade and Illiana on reception. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again, thank you.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

Superbe découverte, cet hôtel. Accueil et personnel dispo, très gentil, généreux. Chambre calme sur cour, lit très confort. Propre, rénové avec goût, petits détails qui signent grande qualité : super produits dans la salle de bain, superbe petit déjeuner avec des thés en vrac et grande variété de viennoiseries fraiches et beaux plateaux de salé. Franchement, bravo, je trouve cet hôtel d'un niveau bien au dessus de ses 3 étoiles. Accès L1, 20 minutes de la gare, au calme près du canal, charmant. A préféré plutôt qu'un hôtel vétuste et hors de prix du centre.

In einen funky Blickbereich, wo die Rezeption ist, was wie ein Tisch in der Mitte des Zimmers (nicht wie üblich gegen eine Wand gehalten). Ein sehr warmer Willkommen und mit dem Teppich(!), eine Karte ist eingebettet und wir wurden in die Stadt eingeführt. Sehr romantisch und klug. Unser Zimmer war auf dem 6. Stock mit West und den Gärten. Sehr schöner Ausblick und ruhig. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, komfortabel, Tee/Kaffee mitgeliefert. Und schließlich Teppich auf dem Boden. Das Toilette ist getrennt zum Bad, das gut ist. Aber beides macht ein wenig klein. Die Dusche Basis kann schleifend sein und nicht so viel Raum für Ihre Toiletten. Aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Es gibt eine U-Bahn-Stopp über die Straße und Busse aus der Vorderseite. Next door ist ein U-Bahn, McDonalds und ein Carrefors. Es ist etwa 10-15 Minuten zum Capitole. So eine gute Lage. Parken. Fahren Sie über das Hotel und Sie werden ein großes P-Parkzeichen sehen, das wie öffentliche Parkplätze aussieht. Gehen Sie in und innerhalb von wenigen Meter ist die Garage für den Mercure.

Yes the hotel has a great location but many other hotels are close-by. As part of our criterias to chose a hotel in the summer months is the availability of Air Conditioned rooms. Which the hotel said they offered. What they failed to mention was that it would not go cooler than 76 F (24C). To be clear, during the day we are out and about and dont need AC but to sleep, we like for the room to be cooled down by a few more degrees than 76/24 (and to be frank, the AC being off all day, it took a while before it even hit that if it did.) Instead of writing a public review, we wrote directly to Ibis Group suggesting they specify on their listings that they have this limit only to receive a very rude answer from the hotel manager. So very disappointed on the AC and management's answer to our email.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum, während es etwas weit von der Mühe der besetzten Stadtzentrum ist. Alles ist jedoch manchmal in einer neuen Weise verfügbar. Nahe an sehr gute Restaurants, vergessen Sie nicht, dass sie Pizzaservice, geliefert an das Hotel. Fragen Sie ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Kanal (das Foto ist von unserem Zimmerfenster). Die perfekten Doppelglasfenster halten Straßenlärm von Ihren Ohren entfernt. Das Hotelpersonal ist so hilfsbereit und zögern nicht, sie um Hilfe und Führung zu bitten. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption ist auch eine sehr gute Option.
