As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

Es ist die Art von Kaffeemaschine. Knapp 6 Tage, keine verschiedenen Dienstleistungen zum Reinigen und Wechseln der Handtücher! Das Hotel sollte nicht in Betracht ziehen, alle drei Tage einmal für Kurzzeittouristen zu reinigen. Und die Check-out-Zeit war offensichtlich 11 Uhr. Ich fragte im Voraus, und Ctrip schrieb 11:00. Als ich ging, sagte mir die Dame, dass Sie um 10 Uhr auschecken sollten. Sehr unangenehmer Ausdruck.

Der Kühlschrank ermöglicht die Lagerung von Lebensmitteln. 👍🏽 Heizung und Klimaanlage inbegriffen. Ruhe der Zimmer. Das Hotel wird gut von Bussen und U-Bahn zum Stadtzentrum und umgeben von Geschäften, Kebabs, Superäden, Kebabs oder Bars serviert. 👎 Sehr schlechte Bettwäsche und die Decken waren voller Haare der alten Kunden. Auch der Boden hatte eine Schafeschicht, und die Vorhänge waren halb geschnitzt, aber man kann die Rollen für den Abend verwenden.

Lachende, warme, vorbeugende, hörende, verfügbares Personal; komfortable, saubere, mit Klimaanlage, ganz weißer Korridor und Lobby, Dekor für die Ausschaltung von Holzrahmen, All dies gibt der Unterkunft Wärme und einen gewissen Charme, Zimmer mit Blick auf oder Zugang zum Patio, sehr komfortabele Betten, zusätzliche Cousins, Sauberkeit, ruhiges Hotel, kontinentales Frühstück gut; Kleiner Bemol: Zimmerservice nicht immer oben: 1 nur ein Handtuch in einem Doppelzimmer, keine Schranke, alles hat bei der Rezeption gefordert, dass das Zimmer nicht ganz alle Tage gemacht nicht stören, aber gezwungen, um Toilettenpapier am 4 e Tagen zu beantragen, Neben diesen kleinen Unbehagen bleibt das Hotel sehr angenehm und sehr gut gelegen, empfehle ich.

Great hotel in the centre of Toulouse. Our room had a great view over the Garonne river and everything was at walking distance. The room was comfortable, although the shower was a bit funny. The staff were very friendly, and helped us reschedule our trip twice (first time because of illness, second time because of covid travel restrictions). I m glad we finally made it to Toulouse, and Hotel des Beaux Arts helped us making it a great stay.
