房間還好，但服務不行，晚上11點到達，前台服務員一直忙於其他的事而不給我們先check in，完成check in後問電梯再哪裡也是磨磨唧唧的，感受非常不好，早餐也不行

When you read the other reviews about unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, believe them. Nobody wants you here. If you just need to stay at the airport, and need to hole-up in a room without having any staff interaction, this place is clean and safe. Internet is fine.
They should have trash containers in the room, not just the bathroom, but they didn't in mine.
It's near the airport; but not central Bari. $25 fix price taxi. Stay in Bari if you are wanting to see the city or the port.
As for the free breakfast, well as they say, you get what you pay for. I had to ask twice for the staff to even look and then replace the empty hot food buffet items (just two hot items, very wet nasty scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon).

The staffs were generally unfriendly, waited the shuttle for 30min at the airport after calling. The room was too hot and didn’t work to change temperature. Only good thing was it’s location near airport.
